Non Receipt of Credit of Online paymentto my Airtel Digital TV
I have an online payment of Rs3500 from my ICICI Bank Account to recharge my Digital TV(Customer ID3009605012) vide following transaction reference: AIRTEL DTH_MICI 2662633902 dated 28th Dec 2011.
Unfortunately the amount is not reflecting in my account. It looks Airtel is having serious problem with their ONLINE Payment system. Similar incidence occured few days ago while purchasing online Digital TV connection. Amount got debited from my ICICI Bank account without receiving any transaction ID. After several phone calls & email follow up they have acknowledged the payment. |
