Aditya Packers and Movers In Nagpur
Hi All,
I am Rakesh Falke from nagpur I book household goods from nagpur to mumbai on 13/05/2011.
With praven mishra (9370665944 an employee of Aditya Packers and Movers In Nagpur.).At the
time of booking He(praven mishra) promise me on behalf of Aditya Packers and Movers In Nagpur
to deliver household in good condition to mumbai with 4 days. i.e 17/05/2011.At that time he quote
me 6000 Rs but at time of pickup the pickup guy ask me 500 Rs extra as service tax.So I pay him
5500 Rs and 1000 Rs on delivery.
But now the Aditya Packers and Movers game begine.I called Mr.praven mishra (9370665944) on 16/05/2011 to ask
the delivery time on 17/05/2011.But now he {Mr.praven mishra (9370665944)} ask me to wait and then after that he
doesn't receive my call and if he received the he {Mr.praven mishra (9370665944)} start abusing words in hindi.Now am
planning to launch complaint consumer court.
Please help me for this.
