Non Refund of ticket fare on cancellation
Sir,

I have cancelled 2 tickets (Mrs. Priti Bhatt & Miss. Janvi Bhatt) on 15/4/2010.However, the refund of the cancelled tickets of Rs. 9807/- has not yet been recieved by me till today, despite of several contacts to your department.

did not honuor the confirmed seats
Dear Sir/Madam.
i need to know how and who i can hire to take lagal action against airlines.
I had 2 group bookings and the airlines refused to accept or honour the tickets issued by them, i need to speak to someone to take legal action
