unwanted plan rcharged
I am a subscriber of the Airtel Mobile Services. This is to complain you about the recharge of my account of the no. 9871468248 with Rs.200. around 4 PM on 12/04/2011.
Sir, I got my A/C recharged for Rs.200 through e-recharge system for the normal talk time as usual but it was recharged for some other scheme called some what 3G service about which I was unaware because I did not have any kind of information from Airtel people till the moment I got my A/C recharged. Talking to the customer care, suddenly I came to know that my account has been recharged for 3G service which is totally useless for me as I don’t have such kind of feature in my mobile phone set. The customer care has refused to convert the scheme into normal talk time scheme.
Therefore I am here to write you to please convert the recharged plan into normal talk time plan.
