Amount not refunded and service not given
My name is Mary Beena from Bangalore I got a coupon from reliance trend for making a purchase for more than Rs 1000 .
The coupon was of VIBES worth 6500 and they would give me that service if I make a payment of rs 650, as I had to attend a function I decided to take that this beauty service
on 3rd I went to VIBES SADASHIV NAGAR Bangalore
After going there instead for providing the mentioned service they started explaining to me about theie faser treatment .
I was not ready because i had a very bad skin and dint want to take a risk
the cost of that treatment was also very high , but some how they convinced me they dint even give me time to consult my husband
I had my credit card and they said they can take payment from my card
i accepted the same . I made them the payment for about 16500 and they told me next day they will call me and fix up an appointment but next day I did not receive any call so I visited them and told them I will not be interested in the service ( they gave me the bill after the payment was received) so they told me that in the bill it is mentioned that the amount once payed will not be reimbursed .I told them that i dont want to go further because It is a unisex salon and I had got very bad response and not comfortable in a unisex salon
but they did not care they treated me very badly and told that they will not refund and I can do what ever I want ,
now it is 3 weeks i have neither got my refund nor have they called to fix an appointment
What do I do is there no one to help the consumers ...
