                 <description>Respected sir/ madam   In our area at chinchpokli west, there is garden, name abdulla brailve is developed by BMC but after development it has not been maintained by related department, due to this in garden at present grass has been grown at the large extendand also water started accumulating in the garden.  due to this nuisence of mosquitos and rat has increased, and surroundig area (shops , chawls) getting affected with maleria and many disease.  so as a civilian of mumbai you will take prompt action on this severe issue.</description>

                 <description>My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redresal.I register my complaint on 03.06.2010.Iam shifting our house to pallikarani AND i ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE Executives to re install my machine at my new address.But they did not change the pincode in the new address and they told the fault is on me and i had given wrong pincode .They did not take any action even to call me and verify the address even they are having my mobile number.Even though my IFB washing machine is under warranty up to the end of may 2010 they collect my AMC amount on march 2010 .    MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9283201331 Customername.V.Kamaraj yours sincerely, R.Chitra Kamaraj</description>

                 <title>misguided on fun card</title>

                 <description>Dear Concern When i took a Fun Card on payment of Rs 600 during that time i was infromed that i will get free entry to Nicco Park and 4 other person can enter at a discount of 50% and the rides inside the park will be free + in Super Bowl i and other 4 members will get 50% discount on entry and games. They took my photo and infromed that co-members name is only required and no need for the photo. I have entered Nicco Park 3 to 4 times during which i was not asked for the photo of co-member but on 26th Dec when i went to super bowl i was given a discount of 50% but the co-member was not given any discount and i had to pay the full amount. When spoke to the manager he infromed that i was given wrong info, photo is required for member and co-member.  Pls look into the matter.  Regards Harjit</description>

                 <title>lack of management</title>

                 <description>Respected Sir, I have visited fun and food twice last year, In my first experience i found that water was so dirty,even insects were floating on water,even it was looking like that they never replace the water at all. I thought it was unluckily would have happened to me that my first experience got worst and bad. So i go there again, but this time again i found that the water of water park at fun n food village was not clean, even i didnt enjoyed at all there just because the most of the rides were not working there. eagle ride, magical carpet ride, and some more rides were not working there. They have increased the charges but still they have not increased the facility and havent made any improvement in the amusement park. They are just making fool of people by showing false pictures on the web site, but they never provide good neat and clean water, nor even rides. The food is also very much costly, although the quality is also very poor. The crowd is also so irritating or ill mannered that some rules should be followed strictly to restrict bad people to enter in and restrict them to spoil the enjoyment of decent people.  Please take action against fun n food management. Stop them making fool of people by increasing cost and not providing services as per the cost.  Thank you very much for your action. Truly Indian Pankaj</description>
