                 <title>Did not get Product Invoice till now</title>

                 <description>We have taken Euro Clean Wet/Dry Vaccum cleaner (Order Num :309013868) on 15/10/2011.But till now we did not receive the PRODUCT INVOICE.  If i called to Sales/service persons Mallesh(9885676366) and Sundeep(8096117278) ,no proper response.  Actually, we have Eureka water filter which is in good condition and proper service ,thats why we have taken same company's Vaccum cleaner .But we didnot except this type of negligence from the company and working staff.  I have called to customer care also, 2 times ,but no use.If starting response is only like this, means we losed hopes on furture service.  Because of this delay in product invoice ,we have lost to claim the Scrach Card offer also.  Please call to my mobile number which is available in your records.  Thanks, Naresh     </description>

                 <title>Order Not Delivered,Rs 7996 paid on Nov.15 2011,Not refunded after 11 weeks today</title>

                 <description>  Dear Sir,   I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No. 110499348)   I immediately called up 011 &amp; 022 3355 5533 and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief:-  1.	Made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. each in Nov, December, Jan &amp; Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days. --- to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. You never gat a call back. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line.  2.	Mailed complaint at response@starcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q &amp; A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received.  3.	A full fledged Fraud/Nexus is operating between employees to ward off complaints and do not commit anything. Every time you call, explain from start, waste 15-20 Mins. They will only tell it will be resolved within 72 Hrs, 6-8 days etc. You again call same story is repeated and there is a new call center operator with no solution. There is no reference or reply on earlier complaints. 4.	11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like,its under process, its at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the where house and than we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling. 5.	 It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a tem of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India. 6.	Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Almost 2000 employees/Families of the company in which I work have decided not to even see this channel and word is spreading fast to all associated companies, vendors, suppliers and corporate heads.     Ravi Gupta 9218530025     </description>

                 <description>HI!!   I have seen the worst customer service so far from hindustan unilever purit. Called them a lots &amp; lots of times. Finally they came to replace the kit but still water is flowing from there purifier. Furthurmore I kept on sending them mail on mails but no reply &amp; no feedback. Once there person called me &amp; I asked him to call me next day but did not receive any call so far. I have spent a lot of money &amp; time on these people. I am fed up of them. In such a age where the complaint as soon as get launched, companies try to rectify it or atleast takes feedback but that did not happen here in this case. Looks like they are just trying to make money &amp; not providing after sales service. Please look into it &amp; let me know.  thanks</description>

Furthurmore my purifier is also leaking since the time their technician came &amp; replaced the battery &amp; they claim themselves best in the industry. The engineer said "first time it happens, but after a soap wash this will be ok". This continued and became completly Black after 2-3 days. After that we have complained to the showroom &amp; requsted for a replacement (as they said one of 100 pieces may happen like this). Finally multiple engineer visists has been done replaced only the plates twice BUT STILL THE PROBLEM RESOLVED - All steel plated now are Blownisg black- rusted like". With note If any GILMA Executives are READY EVENY NOW to look into this .. please call me. (specifically i have not taken any representative names...!!!!</description>

When I go esplanade bigbazer (16th May 27, 2011) they told your card not show 101 point ,show only 35 points. I will again go to ganguly began big bazer ,they take 2 days time to entry the points. At last 26th May 27, 2011 when I visit your showroom ( pantaloon – camac street, south city , esplanade bigbazer ) claim my gift camera they told ,this item out of order and told to take sandwich maker (price 2099) instead of camera(price 6990). Why I will take this less price gift ? Also one container of slicer is damaged.  So now as instructed by your customer care I send back all the product as received for inspection /check up. You are requested to send me the fresh/undamaged Silai Machine along with brandes slicer &amp; dicer combo.                  <title>Service Call Unattended + Poor AMC Service</title>

                 <description>1.On 27.02.2010 an AMC contract was entered into for the split 1.5 AC for the period ending 26.02.2011 by the service engineer Kamal Deep Sharma. However, no regular service visits were given during the said period on the company's initiative. All service visits were against requests lodged. The last service was done in October 2010. In that service call, the service engineer never informed that the outdoor unit gas level was very low. At the time the service engineer only did regular cleaning of the AC indoor unit. After October 2010, the AC was not put into use till April 2011. 2. On 16.04.2011, a service request was lodged for servicing this 1.5 split AC. The complaint id was RNA110416044478. A service engineer visited our house on the same day. On examining he said that the gas level of the outdoor unit is low and gas has to be filled. My question was, why this issue of gas level being low was not informed during the AMC period during the visit of the service engineer in Oct'2010???? On 16.04.2011, the service engineer did nothing and said that we will inform their team who will come for the gas filling at an additional cost of Rs. 1800. I requested that the gas filling and service be done on 22.04.2011, on Good Friday so that I can be present as my office was not there. On 22.04.2011, we waited from the morning for the service engineer to arrive. However, the service engineer called to inform that he can come only at 3 p.m. How can we wait for the entire day for the service engineer to arrive at his own sweet time???? As we had to go urgently in the afternoon to some place, we requested the service engineer to come on Saturday, 23.04.2011 which they confirmed. On 23.04.2011, the service engineer never turned up......such a poor service level I have never experienced for products of other brands.......I am seriously thinking of buying a second AC of another brand now for our new room after this poor service experience of LG split AC..........</description>

Moreover, no information was got about the last date for these interviews or other applications from Employment Exchange.                  <description>BPL Cordless Phone (Model No:CLT 8118)purchased on 18/12/2010 from Capital Electronics - VIP (Kolkata).  Found defective after two/three days,then we called dealer they told us to charge the battery more than 14-16 hrs &amp; then to use.Did accordingly but in vein. Actually we cannot call from that set, only in very few cases it was possible.But this cannot be acceptable.  After that we submitted the same set at their Kolkata Service Centre point at 8, Camac St Office, Kol-17 on 17/01/2011. They told me that the set is found defective &amp; it has to be sent their main CO , so I have to wait 21 days - 30days maximum time. They also told us that they will follow-up &amp; will intimate over ph.  But this was not happened till date, even in every 10-15 days gap I used to call at their Kolkata office &amp; asked about the set, every time they used to tell that not yet come, will inform you while it comes.  My question is that this type of delayed customer service &amp; harassment is not accepted from CO like BPL. The interest of the purchase has no meaning at all.  That's all of my feeling.</description>

Ph: 0484-2375928 Mob: 09446575928).Its cost was Rs:1650. I got one year replacement warranty and two years free service. After three months it is not working . I informed about this to the distributors and they told me they will come within a week. After that there is no information about them. They are not attending the call from my number. I also contacted their various branches but they ignored me. I wrote a letter to the manufacture (INDO-National pvt (L)Mumbai-54 and INDO-National pvt (L) malad, Mumbai-66. About the problem on 07/02/2011. But there is no response from them.</description>
