Tap leakage
I have bought Aqua Sure 3 PCTi water purifier on 17.10.2010 with six months warranty. I have made complaints about tap leakage on 22.01.2011 (Complaint No.22111417) followed by reminders (No.84254953 on 29.01.2011) and (No.84274421 on 03.02.11) and I was assured of service each time within 2 working days. But nobody attended to my complaints till date, hence the purpose of water purifier is defeated, putting the children to drink hazardous water. There is definitely a need to improve the after sale service of Aqua Sure Water Purifiers. |
