Aqua Logistics management is fraud, cheats, fouls
Hi,
I worked for a company named Aqua Logistics. The company raised 100s of crores through IPO in 2010 and uses that money in hawala transactions in middle east countries. Its top management personnel has been named in a rape case but he then married that girl. Another couple of top management people have a proven criminal record of money laundering and money sifening in previous companies (one of them sits in Mumbai office while the other in Chennai office). They are posting fake acquistion of very small companies with exhorbitantly high valuations and sifening off the money. Also, they develop forged evidences of losses in project execution and sifen the IPO money from their.
When I discovered all this fraudulence, they forcved me sign on blank papers and threatened me to lodge a forged police complaint of theft if I dont abide by their orders.
The company keeps on hiring and firing people on a very regular basis hence at any given moment of time their staff remains relatively new and unaware of this cheating.
The company has not submitted TDS (Tax Deducted from Source) from employees salaries to the Income Tax department and had not issues form-16.

The management is not paying salaries of current as well as past employees have not got dues, mentioning that they dont have money to pay.however they have posted false profits of INR 6 crores for Sept 2011 quarter. Hence kindly be cautios while entring such fraudulent firms which SEBI is not bothered. Also the management is noy interested in running the business of logistics. | |
