Being charged more than MRP, enclosing bill
Hi, I have asked for a bottle of drinking water that too not a chilled one, the hotel owner of Kamal Vihar located at LBS Marg Bhandup gave me Aquafina bottle & he charged me Rs 15 for the same, where as MRP was Rs 14, when i asked him why he is charging me more than MRP & that too not a chilled one, he said this is a standrad rate we charge to all customer & even proudly gave me the bill, which i have enclosed.
There are many of the shopkeeper who charge more than MRP & they give reason that they have to recover cost of electricity. Can any one take action against all these thugs |
