BSNL GAMES-UNSUSCRIBE
I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free 15 days trial for Games on Demand. But that 15 days were charged and today even after 3-4 months I am receiving a Rs. 200/- charge for the same even though i have unsubscribed from the service long back. Today I am not even able to Login to that Games On Demand account of mine (proves my account doesn't exist any longer) but the charges for the same are still appearing in my monthly bills. Someone kindly look into the matter.
i have contacted the local BSNL office and they say it's not operated from their office and they directed me to another office of BSNL. When I went there they said this isn't the place from where your billings are generated and so nothing can be done from here, saying this they re-directed me to the office from where I had been directed previously. No solution has yet been taken in this matter. |
