Excess Billing
BSNL Chennai Telephones have the habit of billing consuners in excess of what is actual due.
They will charge even if the line is faulty & not working for several days.They will not refund the excess money unless the consumer claims.Even if the consumer claims, they will prolong the issue by making false representation of the fact.
I am using BSNL Broadband with landline connection for several years. Their service is very poor in restoring fault lines be it Broadband service or Landline connection.They will take their own time. But they want to claim the full amount of the bill.They dont give details of outgoing calls.Their online customer care portal is one of the worst system i have ever noticed. |
