BB Connection
Reference BSNL Telephone and Brand Band Connection Reg. No. AN52287830 dated 26.05.2010. Tel. No. 24420661; Date of Installation 31.05.2010; ill.No.1030964262 dt. 12.06.2010. Adyar Telephone
Exchange.
With reference to the above, I wish to inform all concerned that the telephone and Brandband connection registered by me with Adyar Telephone Exchange on 26.05.2010 has not been provided and installed at my residence, though it was said with in a week by the customer service of the exchange.
When I was enquiring in this regard, the concerned officer informed that the line will be provided shortly and the delay was due to some technical issues. I was well convinced. Surprisingly, the telephone bill was received in meanwhile and made clearly that the telephone was installed on 31.05.10 for which they charged and the same is being paid by me.
I therefore request all concerned to look into this issue seriously and arrange to provide telephone connection and brand band connection as early as possible.
If I am informed in this regard by telephones by person incharge in writting, I shall have some confident on BSNL and connection. I was very much upset on the response and behaviour of the field/external staff of department.
Awaiting for the favourable action of BSNL Chennai Telephones.

In spite of repeated followups and visits to Ambatur and Korattur telephone exchange there seems to be no development. Exhausted and losing all my hopes I'm now looking for some private operators for getting BB connection.
Will the concerned officials look into this issue seriously and arrange to provide telephone connection and brand band connection as early as possible.

Hi,
My BSNL (Chennai Telephones) Land line No. 22383681 and broad band line is not working properly for the past 25 days and I had regiserted complaints many times to BSNL office. But there is no response and I request to register this complaint and take immediate action to resolve this issue.
