| I also got subscribed to this service through one of their calls 5 months back and since then I have just used the service on the first day only ... but still they are charging me 200 rs per month and i tried cancel the service in past through their site but it dint worked .. finally now I am able to unsubscribe from the service through their site and then I got a call that why am I cancelling the service. I just asked can you see that I am not using this service from after the first day so cant you give me a call and ask is there any problem in my setup or anything that I am not using the service from so many months, but still you are charging for it every month. I hope its unsubscribed now and will not see this again in next bill. |

My name is Nadish Thakur and my landline no. is 01892-22003,I want to complaint on the irresponsible behaviour of the persons who deals in customer care of Games On Demand .I think i had called on end of feb. to unSubscribe my account but still every month they are charging money. Even i called to the customer care so many time they said still it is not unSubscribe and then they said we'll do sir but every time they said we'll do but they never do so. Sorry to say, that is why i don't like this irresponsible way of Game On Demand's management.I am saying again to game on demand's management please unSubscribe my account i don't want play Game on Demand any more. |

| I am himangshu roy, my phone number is 07552682969.Last month i recieved bill with Rs 400/-extra(Fot Two momths),charging for BSNL Games on Demand .But I have unsubsribe the games on demand before three months. I am very much ashamed of your lethargic attitude. For the past two months I am paying my phone bill additionally on games on demand without using it. | I also recieved a call from the bsnl about the games,movies and also songs 3 mnths ago. I dint accept that offer.From that time i dont know why iam charged of the gaming and sometimes movies. I dint even login nor visited the site. I doubt, is this really a bsnl service or is it a third party which is giving a negative mark to bsnl. with this, we may cancel the BSNL connection if this type of service continues. |
