Cheating- Cut High Call Rate by BSNL
I have just seen one missed call(no. +9609895178) in my mobile in my office duty hours. I have just call back to this number and say hello, who are you and one lady say few word and cut, Then as there Rs.40/- cut from my balance. I have called BSNL customer care and said about this. They said it was an International Call and cut the line very immediately. My say is how to understand customer like me that was national or international call. Please look after this matter very seriously,and feed back me immediately with take legal action against this type of Cheating case. |
