Manufacturing defect in LML NV
I have Purchased LML NV dt. on 31/10/2010 from Balaji Motors, Meerut Road Ghaziabad on cash payment by paying Rs. 44500/ App.
I have noticed to dealer some problem, which are mentioned below,
1. Scooter's Engine having sound, which is not expected from a new vehicle.
2. Scooter can off any time while leaving excelator on red light.
3. Scooter Average is btween 18-22 KM Per Ltr.
4. I have visited service center several times, & every time I snet my scooter them for one to two days & after that they assured that your scooter is fine now, but the same problem is there.
5. I visited service center yesterday (22Jan2012) & they asked me to give them scooter very last time & I okey for this last time & the same problem will be there, I'll for a consumer court.
4. Scooter is feeling load after driving of 10-15 KM. |
