But State Bank India send me 2 sms which states that total Rs.300/- (150+150) was deducted from my A/ c. 1 st sms state that Rs 150/- on POS 00005344 with txn no 161709 on 19.03.12 at 12:07:54 PM and 2nd sms state that Rs 150/- on POS 00005344 with txn no 161827 on 19.03.12 at 12:09:59 PM.But my mobile was recharged only Rs.150/ and paytm company send me a confirmation e-mail which states that only Rs. 150/- was recharged on my mobile and bank transaction ID 201203192027391.I also lodge two complains on your helpline no on 25.03.2012 and my ticket no AT 42924277589 and 42924277584. But till now the excess amount (Rs. 150/-)was not return from your end. pls solve my problem as early as possible.</description>

I received the slip with TXN No.2147 stating "sorry unable to process". But the money was debited twice on 03/03/12 &amp; 04/03/12 with the same TXN No.2147 on both the dates totally to the tune of Rs.10,000/-. I never accessed the OBC's ATM on 04/03/12. In spite of that the amount was debited on 04/03/12.  They have credited Rs.5,000/- which was debited on 03/03/12 on 13/03/12. But the amount debited on 04/03/12 is not yet credited.                  <description>Dear Sir/Madam  I have taken car loan from SBI, Anumala Vyara Branch in March 2011; it is available scheme of fix rate for three years as first year 9.25% interest then 2nd year 10.25% and third year 10.25% rate of interest , But interest rate is change automatically by SBI 3 or 4 times without any information or any checking any portfolio of loan with single command it is very wrong system and after asking to SBI they are demanding loan documents to customer for correction of loan rate of interest why we are give him all document every time when mistake is done by SBI office and we have to give clarification every time and all document is available with bank, but they are not taking pain for customer when ever mistake is done by bank, and one more thing is that rate of interest is day by day calculation system but when they change my rate of interest back date calculation is not appear in my account so please take care of my money witch is given to SBI without calculation and more repayment is given by me. it is not adjustable in my loan account also.   Dear Sir,  I had taken Car Loan from SBI Anumala, As fixed rate of 9.25 for first year and 2nd and 3rd year for 10.25 %, My EMI is Rs.4902/- , but monthly interest is increasing in place of decreasing, I had doubt about calculation of interest, your online reports is check, but it is not transference like other bank, So you may please change your reports system like other banks.
