Refund of courier charges . The product is iron which is given free with the mobile.
I have purchased a beetel GD440 mobile 4 months back and with the mobile a iron was free but unfortunately the iron comes defective. I couriered the iron for replacement but due to unavailable stock your company refunded cheque in place of iron. my complain is that i didn't received the courier charges.But your customer care executive told me to scan the details to your website and the required amount will be refunded to me. so kindly refund it as soon as possible. |
