Ben 10 cartoon game mail part was missing
Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I had bought a pack of Cadbury Gems Surprise (Ben 10) ball. Unfortunately in the game that I received one main part (Head) of the cartoon was missing; with out head any cartoon is not complete. When I asked in the retailers shop about this missing part he said that Cadbury will never accept about the missing part. This is clear-cut cheating with me & my kid. I bought that ball for the kid for both, the Gems & toy. I am expecting appropriate complete replacement of the toy from Cadbury Gems at the earliest.
