STAR CJ BLOCKED THEIR PHONES AND WEBSITE!!!!!
AS A CONSUMER AM SUFFERING TO GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY PRODUCT.BUT I DONT HAVE ANY OPTION TO REACH THEM THROUGH ANY SOURCE.
ITS REALLY DISAPPOINTING TO SEE SUCH A BIG BRAND STATED CHEATING OPENLY WITHOUT ANY SHAME.

| I had purchase a canon MP287 peinter through star cj and they had make a offer to get a watch.after receiving my printer i just try to summited information on www.pixmatime.com but it was not given any out put from site.then why are company making to fool to customer.and nobody give the satisfactory answer on cutomer care side |

| I had purchase a CANON MP287 Printer through STAR CJ ALIVE and they had make a offer to me to get a watch for rupees 3850-00 free with Printer. Now i tried so many times to contact with website but it was not given any output to me. I am also try to contact on Costmer care but nobody give me satisfactory answer . |

| I had purchased Cannon Printer Mp287 & expecting the free gift GIOADANO watch, thus filled the online form on site PIXMATIME.com. The date of purchase bydefaults need to be between year 1999 - 2000. Also after completion of form it is not getting submitted even after one hour after I submit it. |

i totally agree with your complaint,,
actually i am from chandigarh n facing the same problem as suffered by you.... this company is really cheating on us.. it is realy disappointing to see this type of cheapness from the brand star cj .. i have pledged that i will not buy anything from them in future.. i appeal to all frns that plz dont shop from STAR CJ ,they are cheaters... |
