                 <title>Complain of dealer</title>

                 <description>I have purchased a new scorpio micro hybrid EX from RALAS MOTORS (G.E. Road, Tatibandh, Raipur) on 29th February 2012, whose invoice number is INV12A001445 and key number 1425. But that same day, due to some animals on road scorpio got accident. Only the back portion of the vehicle was damaged and we go back to the Dealer - Ralas Motors on 02.03.2012 to do it repair. He gave us job number - 14289 and give us delivery date of 15.03.2012.   But now its 18.03.2012 about 1 month passed the delivery deadline. But still i have no hope of getting it soon due to bad service of the Dealer. Firstly he told us that there were some delay in parts, so he called us after 10 days, when we appear after 10 days then he told us that by mistake the part is of old model, then again we go then again he said that we still have not recovered it.   I live in a small town far from Raipur (capital of Chhattisgrah) and we have visited more than 10 times to dealer but still we didn't got any positive response. Since long time i have faith on Mahindra company because earlier we owned a Marshel then Bolero and now it was turn of Scorpio. Although the problem was very little, only the back left side portion has damaged and back door glass was broke. Vehicle was absolutely fine because we take it normally from my home to Raipur Dealer. Then also he is taking too much time.  So now help me what should i do. Should i go to Consumer forum or any other complaint body or i will soon receive some positive news for help from your side.</description>

For full one year he made me visit his shop, for I had to recover my money from him. He never returned my hard earned money, on top of that he used colored language for my aged father.                  <title>Complaint against Nanda Automobile, Dealer of Maruti Suzuki, Gandhinagar, Gujarat</title>

                 <description>Sub- Complaint against Dealer (ID No.- 116413329)  I had booked a car- Maruti Swift (White VDI) on 27-05-2011 (Receipt No.- REC11001484, ID No: 116413329 and SOB No : 11000531, Cheque No- 101620, Kakaria Maninagar Nagrik Sahakri Bank, Ghodasar, Rs 11000/- ). I was promised to deliver the car within 1.5 months of booking. We were promised to get the delivery on 04th July 2011. I have talked many times with Mr Ronak Shah &amp; Mr. Bhaskar for status of my Car Delivery. They always informed that they do not have any stock and I have to wait for more 1 months or cancel the booking (costumer harassment started right from here). Finally I have talk with Mr. Kalmlesh Thakkar, GM of Nanda Motors. Again I got answer “Sorry Sir, We don’t have stock”.   This clearly shows that Maruti is also encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the name MARUTI by creating market monopoly.   Six months are already gone, Can I have any hope to get car delivery?                  <title>Very bad experiance with Mahindra Xylo service</title>

                 <description>To Customer Care,Automotive Sector  M/s Mahindra, I have purchased ‘Mahindra XYLO- D2, Reg.No: TN 49, AJ 1165, REG NAME : T.K. Srinivasan in the month of May 2011. When I had taken delivery from M/s. India Garage, Chennai, I was really happy with their service and the grand manner of delivery of car. On this regard, earlier an appreciation was e-mailed to you. Now my car has earned only 6000 km. But now I am really frustrated with your after sales service.  When my car had earned 5000 km, I have given the vehicle for First service at M/S.Siva Automobile (Trichy) in the month of August. That time floor mat available at driver’s side was missing. But I noticed after sometimes later in a busy schedule. Hence I ignored it.  Soon after service my car is started pulling on Right hand side when the vehicle attains the speed of 80 kms/hr. First week of this month (Oct’2011) I noticed oil leak from the engine portion. So immediately I contacted the local dealer helpline &amp; Mahindra National helpline. They asked me to move the vehicle to M/S.Siva Automobiles (Trichy). The appointment time was 10.00am. Accordingly, I was there to time. But, no one responded me for 45mins. Later they moved the vehicle into the Service area for inspection without giving any acknowledgement. Only after the request the acknowledgement was given. In the evening informed that the oil leak was due to defect in the ‘Engine oil pressure switch’ After hearing that I was surprising about your product quality since a safety device had failed within three months of service. When asked to replace the part in warranty, they replied that part is not available and will take one week to collect the new part. I was in anticipation for the information from M/s.Siva Automobiles (Trichy) regarding the receipt of the spare. They never called. Whenever we ask for status, simply replying the same always to wait till next week. This type of poor response and attitude give very bad image of service.  I have cars of other brand but I never experienced this kind of bad service. This ‘Mahindra XYLO- D2’, car is simply idling in our parking for the past 3 weeks and hence now I feel sorry for having spent money for a car with poor reliability. Also not able to imagine what would be the fate if it had purchased for a ‘Travel cab’ or ‘Taxi’ purpose. I am sorry to express my feelings why this new vehicle was purchased when I am not able to use even in emergency during last 3 weeks.  In all probabilities it is emphasized to arrange for immediate action by Your good offices.                  <description>i bought Alto LXI from Jaipur, in shyam negar showroom they did deliver car to me incomplete (they put center lock box in the car and send to me). when i went back to fix the lock i was waited more then one and half hour and they didn't tell me that they finished.when i ask them they told me yes it's finish. then i waited so long to get my car because drivers were not listen to lady whom incharge for this. the worst thing is that i found both side nuts were outside and they gave me car. and more then this. so Vipul Motors experience was worst i ever had.</description>

The sales person was least interested in showing as the vehicle. We adjusted it. Then we requested him for the Test Drive for Ritz(Diesel version).   The answer we got: We don't have the Test Drive vehicle and we cannot provide the test drive. And we also don't have any customers vehicle for service on which we can provide you the Test Drive.  Sir, kindly explain me that is the Dealer forced by the co. to not provide the test drive?  Secondly, Is the dearler is authorised to use the vehicle of any customer for test drive purpose.  Kindly look on the matter and obliged.  Thanks &amp; Regards</description>

After numerous follow-ups, we got our RC book papers after 2 months and that too with a wrong address mentioned. When enquiring for the same, we came to know that GURUDEV MOTORS have done like this to get the above number. Later we understood, that the company have done like this for so many vehicles.  This is real forgery and against law  Now in turn I am following up for my correct addressed RC book since than and I have not got any revert from SKODA team.  This is to inform that we have planned to go for a legal case against GURUDEV MOTORS.  People we interact with : Mr. Pragadeeshwar Mr. Niranjan  Both of your above mentioned staffs dragged us with no solution till now.  Apart from the above mentioned point is Car Service  We have the following issues in our car, which was not resolved or attended even once from day 1..  1. We get 6 KMPL mileages in our petrol car. 2. No pickup 3. Car sounds like a diesel vehicle. 4. Heavy vibration in the car while driving in 1st and 2nd gear. 5. Car break is not proper 6. It is submitted that due to cervical problem I under gone major surgery in Manipal Hospital Bangalore and after the said operation in the year 2004. due to above surgery I decided to purchase car as I was uncomfortable with two wheeler  3.	It is submitted that, on that day I visited 1ST party’s showroom with intention to buy a MARUTI SWIFT vehicle which was readily available, however Mr. S.Dharaniraj, Sales Executive of the showroom has shown newly launched SWIFT D-ZIRE Car which was kept at showroom for display. He promised to deliver the car within two weeks from date of booking. On his advice I decided to purchase SWIFT D-ZIRE CAR.  4.	At the time of booking as aforesaid as demand by first opposite party, I have paid advance amount of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) through a Cheque bearing no.051754, dated14-04-2008,drawn on State Bank of Mysore, Avinashi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. For acknowledging the same first opposite party has issued customer copy of order booking form having S.No.978, dated 14-04-2008 and also issued a receipt nearing No.142 dated 14-04-2008 for acknowledging the receipt of advance payment of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) The copy of the same is hereby produced for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble forum is at ANNEXURE-A  5.	It is submitted that, at the time of booking first opposite party promised to deliver the aforesaid booked vehicle in 2 weeks however while issuing advance receipt he said ‘for formality sake delivery period will be mentioned as 2 to 3 months. But vehicle will be delivered when he will receive first load itself’. It is relevant to state here that in spite of waiting for more than two months absolutely there was no response from first opposite party for the delivery of the said booked vehicle. 6.	It is submitted that, when I called up the show room on 28-04-2008 for the delivery of my car as they promised, to my shock and surprise he kept on postponing the date of delivery. In the month of May 2008 I was transferred to Bangalore. From Bangalore I have contacted 1st party on various dates over phone, but they have not responded properly. Only on lodging the complaint through e-mail to contact@maruti.co.in on June 18, 2008 I have received a stereotypic reply on 19th June, 2008 from first opposite party as they are doing all that needed to shorten the waiting period. And also promised to call me to resolve my grievance at the earliest. But grossly failed to update regarding the delivery of the booked vehicle.The copies are herewith produced and marked as ANNEXURE B.  7.	 It is submitted that I was kept under dark till end of September 2008. During the first week of October 2008 one of the team Manager by name Mr. Mohan of first opposite party called me and compelled me to accept Swift D-zire VXi model instead of Swift D-zire LXi which was refused by me. In the mean time i was transferred to Bangalore Branch, due to lapse on the part of the first opposite party in delivering the aforesaid vehicle I was forced to revalidate my sanctioned loan from the Bank.  8.	 It is submitted that again I have contacted Mr. Dharani who is the representative first opposite party, he promised to solve the issue by delivering the car maximum by 25-10-2008, but failed to keep his promise. Again on 30-10-2008 I requested first opposite party to deliver the car at least by 22-11-2008. on a promise made by Mr. Dharani, I traveled to Coimbatore with a hope and dream to take delivery of the car by paying the balance amount, but to my shock and surprise before reaching the show room of first opposite party, I got a telephone call from Mr. Mohan who is the representative of the first opposite party and said as he is not aware of all these issue since Mr. Dharani has resigned and again he compelled me to accept D-zire white colour car as they can not give colour of my choice.  9.	It is submitted that I was under the impression that these entire foul, play is a method adapted by first opposite party to exploit innocent customer. And also a method adapted by first opposite party to have wrong full gain by selling the car on hefty premium to the others who are willing to pay the premium as there is a demand of the Swift D-zire in the market. Due to non performing and also due to the unreasonable delay in delivering the car clearly establishes the unfair trade practice adapted by the first opposite party to have wrongful gain by causing wrongful loss to me. It is relevant to mention here that the behavior and irresponsible attitude of the staff of first opposite party has deeply hurt me and the respect I had towards Maruthi Company.  10.	It is submitted that in spite of lodging a complaint on several occasions none of the opposite parties have shown any interest in resolving the issue. As if all of them have taken everything so easily and as granted. And more surprisingly i have received letter dated 06-01-2009 from first opposite party demanding to make payment of Rs. 4,91,641/-after adjusting the booking advance of Rs.25,000/-and to take delivery of car, the price mention first opposite party in letter date 06-01-2009 is more than that of the price available on April 2008. The copy of the same is produced for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Forum. The delay in delivering the car has caused due to laps and deficiency in service in discharging their responsibility. Due to the above explained facts under no circumstance opposite parties are entitled to collect more price from me and the which amounts to an unfair trade practice.   9. It is further submits that, due to the gross negligence in discharging their responsibilities and due to the failure in providing proper service to me and made me to suffer mentally and physically in delivering the booked car caused shock and mental agony to the greater extent.  10. It is further submits that, due to the failure to render proper service to me by the opposite parties, caused mental agony and lot of inconvenience. Hence, this complaint.  11. It is submitted that in receiving the advance booking amount and not providing the proper service, among other things, to unfair trade practice and unscrupulous exploitation of the innocent customer with in the meaning of consumer Protection Act, 1986 and to cheating and fraud with in the meaning of Indian Penal Code  12. It is due to derelictions of duty and negligence and due to the deficiency in service on the part of Respondents 1 to 3 I have suffered loss and injury on the account of deprivation, harassment, mental agony and hence all of opposite parties are jointly and severally liable   13. That the i submits that since there was threat, deficiency of service and also acute harassment to the complainant, the Complainant as a last option, with great reluctance got issued a legal notice on 5.12.2009 specifically pointing out that there was deficiency of service and called upon the Opposite Party herein to pay Rs. 2.00 lakhs as damages and the excess amount collected with interest for deficiency of service and causing mental agony and hardship to the Complainant. The true copy of the legal notice dated 5.12.2009 is produced herewith.    14. 	The Complainant expected that the Opposite Party at least will properly response after receipt of the said legal notice. In spite of receipt of legal notice, no steps were taken for a longer period of time. The reply notice was sent through their Advocate creating all defenses and made false allegation stating that the cheque which is given by me was bounced as there was insufficient funds in my account which is false and baseless allegation it appears that he has presented the said in Chennai instead of tiruppur or avinashi since it is clearly mentioned on the cheque that it should be presented at tiruppur or avinashi due to the above said reason it has caused mental agony and copy of the cheque is herewith produced as ANNEXURE C .The true copy of the Reply notice dated 23.12.2003 is produced herewith. Is produced as ANNEXURE D   15. 	That the Complainant submits that there is deficiency of service on account of deliberately not transferring the insurance in the name of the complainant. The Complainant is a consumer as defined under the Provisions of the Act. The dispute is a Consumer Dispute and this Hon’ble Forum has jurisdiction. Since the Complainant has claimed Rs. 2.00 lakhs, the complaint is filed before this Hon’ble Forum.  16.	 It is submitted that Conduct of the, opposite parties put me in a great hardship an inconvenience, mental agony, physical harassment and financial loss and When the same was questioned they have failed to justify themselves.   17.	It is further requested before this Hon’ble forum for directing the opposite parties to refund the entire amount paid by me with interest. 18.		Under these circumstances, refusing to return the aforesaid excess amount paid by the complainant for his car is against to rules and equity. The complainant is entitled to recover the amount paid by him and the opposite party is liable to return the same. The non-return of the amount to the complainant is nothing but exploiting the complainant/Customer and nothing but deficiency in service as defined under Consumer Protection Act, 1986  19. 	That the cause of action aroused on 12-05-2009 when I sent the telegram to the opposite party and I made a request the respondents to furnished another copy of the invoice for my record purpose. The copy of telegram receipt is herewith produced as ANNEXURE-D  20.	That the complaint is well within the time prescribed under Section 24A of the Consumer Protection Act.   21.	Since the opposite party resides within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Forum, this Hon’ble Forum has the jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. 22. 	The complainant submits that he has not filed any other case against the opposite party before any other Court or Forum on the same cause of action.   	WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to  (a)	CALL for the records from the Opposite party relating to the booking of the said car dated 14-04-2008 bearing booking order booking form .Sl no 978 (b)	 DIRECT the Opposite Party jointly and severally to pay a Sum of Rs. 2,00,000/-(Rupees Two lakhs only) for causing mental, physical agony and hardship, monetary loss, goodwill on account of not delivering the said vehicle and for collecting the excess amount with in the prescribed time.  (c)	To return the excess amount collected Rs.51,842/-( Rupees fifty one thousand eight hundred and forty two only)  (d) ISSUE such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Forum may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of the complaint, to meet the ends of justice. 	  			 		 COMPLAINANT.  VERIFICATION I, I, Sendhil Kumar V. My alto met a minor accident On 25 th February., its dickey, bumper, Combination lamp and Right fender and Skirt become damaged. I gave vehicle to popular service centre kollam on next day 26 th February). They promised me that they can deliver it within a week. They have delayed delivery for 2.5 weeks with lot of lame excuses like parts availability and labor availability. Finally they promised to deliver it on 13 th March . That day was really painful for me. On the first look itself I came to know that that they have spoiled my Alto in full. My car’s Body shape was lost+ Denting problems +full paint is totally damaged .Later i found some irregularities in the right side of bumper. And dents inside car were also not rectified. Marks of accident are visible they have just painted the area without correcting dents. I made complaint to maruti . As a result of my complaint the situation becomes worse. Dickey is hitting bumper. I projected those issues but Mr Sandeep Declared that they can’t do any more. This is the final. I contacted Mrs Nisha(Manager Kollam office). She promised me that she would take care of this and asked me not to send complaints again. I got convinced and agreed to wait another 2 days . They corrected issues after two days and i signed their satisfaction voucher as I didn’t noticed any more issues. I thought they have corrected the issues as I have made complaints to Maruti . I paid the Bill and took delivery. Next day I tried to open Dickey it’s not opening. Finally I opened but my key got bend a bit. I accidently noticed that running board is still damaged they just covered damaged areas with plastic panels’. i made a detailed investigation in day light. I have found the following problems.  1) Visible marks of accident on running board 2) Auto cop security system is not functioning On off switch of auto cop security system (Dickey Side) is stealed. (Previously it was working fine. popular technicians stealed it) 3) Unable to open/ close dickey (lock and striker is not fixed properly) 4) dickey is located to right side (Poor alignment) 5)Rear Right Door is not closing properly (running board Issues+ Door Alignment) 6) left Side Mud Flap is damaged (Accident happened to right side only)  I contacted Maruti and requested a detailed checkup from another dealer . on 19 th March I got call from mr Sajith Kumar , he explained that Popular has rejected my arguments they can’t do anything in this case. Sajith Kumar asked me to visit any other convenient dealer and get the vehicle inspected. I followed his instructions. Another Dealer Investigated My vehicle and admitted that my observations are 100% correct. I informed the same to maruti on 21 March. I didn’t get a reasonable feedback till date. I feel cheated. It’s clear that they had tried their level best to cheat me. I am loyal customer of Maruti since 2005. I never experienced such a pathetic response from Maruti. This is above my tolerance limits. It is purely the liability of maruti india Ltd because they have sold a vehicle without providing proper dealership conditions.,Maruti complaint reference no. 5252680702, Popular billNo :08631220; Popular Job card No:JCI0018282. For some repairing I approached Bhopal dealer Satyam Motors on 21/03/11. After inspection, I was told that all the required parts were available on 25/03/11, so send the car on 25/03/11 &amp; will return the car next day. As per promise &amp; again confirm by Mr. Pranav of Satyam Motors, I send my car to Satyam Bhopal. Next day my driver informed me that still some work is pending &amp; they will give the delivery of the car on 27/03/11 i.e 3 rd day. As I want to get compplete the work, so instructed driver to get it complete by sunday. But the car was delivered up to monday i.e. fourth day, saying that some parts are still not available. I request their GM Mr. Karamjit singh more than 10 times, Mr. Mishra of spare division more than 7 times &amp; their Director Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari more than 45 times( He has attend the phone), but there was no reasult &amp; ultimately AC work &amp; gear cover assembly work are still pending. Again to get the both work complete, again I have to send the car for 280 KM (To &amp; fro), who will responsible for such expenses? When they have not arranged the parts, why they called the vehicle for repairing. I request you to pleaase take action against such irresponsible service &amp; penalise such dealer . I will be thankful, if you will reply me even a few words. Tks. O.P.Khandelwal</description>

Then you'll probably want to AVOID! Advantage Hyundai at all costs.  Having written an extensive article on the experience of Susan Mezzapesa of Levittown, N.Y. Advantage Hyundai dealership located at 430 Plainview Rd in Hicksville, NY. truly lived up to their name and immediately took full advantage when they realized this customer lacked any real automobile knowledge. Advantage Hyundai sold her a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, but they failed to informed her that the car's previous owner was Hertz Rent-A-Car. Hertz rented this car out to an unkown number of customers who then proceeded to drive almost 27,000 miles all in less than one year. Carfax shows that no maintenance was ever recorded on this car.  When sold to Advantage Hyundai on 8/2007 in an auction. CarFax comments that Advantage Hyundai preformed an Oil and filter change, rotated 2 tires and preforming a so called "Maintanence Inspection" and it is noted on CarFax that they did indeed washed and detailed the automobile. Hyundai claims to do a 150 point inspection, when contacted for details and if this was done on this car, we were informed by them that "As per New York State laws we are only required to have the car pass a NYS Car Inspection"  Hyundai claims when the car was brought in for service on 11/11/2010 the car was "Gunked" up so bad that they could not work on it and proceeded to do only a regular oil change. They informed Mrs. Mezzapesa she was at fault and Advantage Hyundai will gladly replace the engine for a fee of between $5,000 to $7,000. She refused the new engine offer and Advantage Hyundai failed to take any of a dozen steps to address this "Gunk" problem. Simply googeling "How to remove Car Engine Gunk" will show multiple ways that this problem could have been easily rectified.  At no time did Advantage Hyundai inform this customer of the dangerous and possibly life threatening situation she was in. A car with an engine that was 100% guaranteed to seize at any moment could easily cause a loss of control if the vehicle was traveling at highway speeds or it could have left her standard during any number of snow storms that NY were hit with during this past winter. A seized engine will no longer produce heat and with temperatures well below zero, If rescuers were unable to reach her car due to snow filled streets this could have easily turned into a matter of life and death.  This car's engine seized in January of 2011. This is type of engine failure is covered under the Hyundai warranty, but Advantage Hyundai and Hyundai's corp 1-800-663-5151 customer service line claimed because of missing or undocumented oil changes they were voiding the warranty. According to multiple source both outside and inside Advantage Hyundai the amount of Gunk inside the engine could never have been caused by a missed oil change. It is much more logical that this problem was caused by the wear and tear placed on the new car when it was driven almost 27,000 in less than one year by Hertz customers.  Advantage Hyundai failed to address this engine issue and placed Mrs. Mezzapesa and her family at grave risk, because the warranty was only valid for 60,000 miles, and according to the CarFax records on 1/6/2011 the date of this cars last visit to Advantage Hyundai's service department the mileage was 59,214.  Contact: Dominick Mezzapesa mezz1962@optonline.net</description>

                 <description>Sir,  The car registration no. is TN – 05 – AH – 0153, Engine No.G4LAAM556288 with Chasis No.MALAM 51CLAM 779393.  On 07.01.2011, I purchased Hyundai Magna Kappa 1.2 from M/s DSC Motors Private Limited, Chennai – 35. On 28.01.2011, at 07.45 p.m, the car caught fire on its own with a big sound in the engine side, which was parked at my residence.  Immediately we called the Hyundai Road Services and also the toll free services to tow the vehicle from the place of incident. The burnt vehicle was removed from my house at 10.45 p.m. on 28.01.2011 towards DSC Hyundai Workshop at Saligramam.  On 29.01.2011 we registered a complaint with a Madhavaram Police Station and a copy of the FIR was handed over to me on 31.01.2011. I've submitted the copy of FIR, insurance copy and purchase bill to The General Manager, DSC Workshop for Insurance Claim. While submitting, they were so polite and assured me to give a new i10. But now, after few days, they make us shuttle among the departments and ask for Rs.60,000 to get the car repaired.  Dont you think its unfair to pay further cost for a week old brand new car? Kindly help in this regard. Before approaching the Legal help, I would like to have a fair deal with the company. I have had horrendous experiences with the services of Bhasin Motors. My problems are as follows: 1. They are unable to solve the power window problem despite repeated alerts. 2. They have not yet fixed the alignment of the car (Charged labor and yet not fixed) 3. They just pressure wash the car and deliver. Not only they have managed to ruin (dirty) the interiors of my car by their beautiful black fingerprints inside the car's fabric, I saw footmarks on the seat cover. Car was delivered unclean and messy. 4. The staff appointed doesn't listen, have the least level of work ethics and they are on a trip of their own. - You can conduct a surprise visit and check it out yourself.  There are many other issues not expected from a really sought after candidate of Mahindra Org. I told him that I am from bhagalpur and bhagalpur is 550 km from here how i can take my car to so long distance in this condition, but he was not agree and told that this time our showroom haven't have any position to help you. Again at night I found my desk board light was continous on, I tried to off it but failed.   I wish to explain that My self was alone withount any driver I had taken risk and bring my car to my home town without any repair.    With in five months aprox 25 conversation over Mobile hasbeen done he always assured that today or tommorow your fuel pump will be dispatched but still 5 months hasbeen passed but no fuel pump was deleverd to me. Dinesh Sarki Mangret.   Mr. Rajeev Sharma (9810700050) and Ms. Niharika (Contact : 997-111-1883) taken away our cash for Rs. 1,19,195/- ( Rs.5,000/- booking amount + Rs 1,11,000/- advance payment + Rs. 3195/- as Logistic Charges) rest they advised us to take auto finance from Kotak for which they took our documents and never gave to the bank as stated by Mr. Yash Kothari (Contact : 9711881176) (Mr. Yash Kothari is a Auto Finance manager at Laxmi nagar branch for Kotak auto finance).  These payments were made partially starting 24th December, 2010 and until 27th December payments reached to them. Ms. Niharika starting day 1 kept us in dark with making false commitment to trap us into this fraudulent act. They committed us that we'll get our Car maximum by 13th January, 2011 which never happened and they kept extending it day after day. Every time when we used to call this lady she gives us one or the other excuse and keeps on delaying. Today when we spoken to them and said that we need our money back with interest if car is not delivered by this Saturday, 29th, January, 2011 (As committed by Mr. Rajeev Sharma that car will be delivered maximum by 25th or 26th January, 2011), she bounced back us by saying that she'll put a legal case on us for harassment and started abusing and threating that she knows Delhi Police Commissioner and he will put us in jail etc to escape from the actual topic.  Sir, we have no trust left on Mr. Rajeev Sharma and Ms. Niharika's false commitments and would like to get this matter resolved in your kind supervision.
