                 <description>Today morning (5th April 2011) my spouse and kid were supposed to go to airport to board flight to Kolkata. I called Easycab lastnight to book Cab for today morning 7:30AM. The booking was confirmed over phone and also got SMS confirming the booking (booking ID A040500464).   Per process, i was supposed to get another SMS today morning with CAB details and chauffeur contact number. Did not get any till 7:15 AM.Sensing problem i again called EasyCab. After waiting for around 10 mins over line finally talked to customer service executive and got assurance that the cab driver will contact in another 5 mins.  At 7:27 AM i got another SMS which says "Dear customer, due to technical error, we are unable to service booking no A040500464. Please ignore the car details sent. We deeply regret the inconvenience".  Now i got confused. 5 mins back i talked to EasyCab and got the assurance, and now got such SMS. To check i called easycab again. As usual again took 10 mins to get to a customer service executive. The response from that guys was "i am sorry, don't have any cab".  This is few of the most irresponsible answer i ever got. Specially because i talked to easycab 5 mins back and got the assurance. How irresponsible they can be!!!   I tried to call Meru and came to know no cab is available there before 12 noon. Rushed to a local cab rentals in my locality and could not get cab from there too.  I was losing time and seeing no other options finally took my car out at 8:10AM ans started for airport (from arekere road). Reached airport at around 9:30AM...just in time....and applied for half day leave at office...  I was surpised to see the irresponsible attitude by easycab. Could not they sensed the problem at least 30 mins early and should not they inform me in advance about the problem? How can they send SMS at last moment denying the service? Should they not have minimum courtesy to call customer in advance and then apologize? What would have happened if i did not hace my own car and relying completely on easycab? Miss the flight!!!</description>

                 <description>  I have invested RS/.300000/. (three lakh) in the Shree Om sai nath caronrentpvt.ltd. in january 2009. They promise me to give RS/. 19633/. per month for Five Years.again I invested 2 plans of amount rs. 1,25000/. and 1,25000/ in the month of April 2009 and they promised ti give 8040/.and 8040/. They give me the cash receipt of the amount paid by me and the agreement and advance cheque of the said amount. But after november 2009 there cheques started bounce.they assured us that the amount will be directly submitted in our accounts. But still we didn't get any kind of amount in our account. still our total principle amount is not received. Now all the branches and The Delhi Office is closed and no one is attending the public. Somewhere I have listened that there is a case filled against the company owner and he is in Delhi Police Custody.  </description>

                 <description>Booking Group Ltd (http://www.economybookings.com/, http://www.ealquilerdevehiculos.es/5/, http://www.elocationdevehicules.fr/2/, http://www.iautonoleggio.it/3/, http://www.eavtoprokat.ru/) is a guarantee of a spoiled vacation! If you're going on vacation and plan to rent a car, I advise you not to contact the company Booking Group Ltd. I have been asking them for 6 months to return the money for a car that I have not used because of their slovenliness. In the summer 2010 I traveled to Italy with my family. I had booked a car at the site www.eavtoprokat.ru beforehand. According to the order car cost about 550 Euros for two weeks. When we arrived, the booked car was not available. Manager found a car after 30 minutes of warm language. OK. After we started going through formalities, it turned out, it cost around 990 Euros. My arguments about the price in the contract did not help. And it was not surprising, because all prices were on the same level or even more in the Rome airport. So I had to pay another unplanned 500 Euros. OK. Took it, got the keys. At the parking lot it turned out that this was a car “of the same class”, but it was smaller in capacity. My baggage didn’t fit it. I returned the key, applied to another car rental company, where I again paid full amount for a new car (990 Euros) and left the airport. All of this took me about 5 hours (I have a year-old child, and it was a terrible heat at the airport). The evening came, and in the end I hadn't been able to reach Riccione, as I planned. So I had to stop in another town hotel. To sum up: 1.	I was not given the car, which I ordered. 2.	For the money they took, I was not given any car at all. 3.	I overpaid about 1500 Euros in the first day of my vacation (this sum on my credit card was blocked for 40 days). Besides this they booked 500 Euros as a reserve. And we spent some money for hotel.  4.	Almost the whole day I spent trying to solve the problems with the car. 5.	After 6 months correspondence I haven’t been given the money for car that I haven’t used at all. Booking Group Ltd argues that I rejected it myself! In fact I have been robbed of 550 Euros!  In the phone call it sounded like: “We really sympathize with you, but we cannot help you ...”  There are still many things to tell about the Booking Group Ltd service. (For example, I was impressed with the highest intellectual abilities of their employees after 6 month correspondence). But I’m not going to write а book instead of review.  The key point is that company Booking Group Ltd isn’t accurate and competent. I advise you never to use its services. Also I want to add that this comment is not a black PR, I’m not employee of any car rental company. It is a real situation. </description>

                 <description>Dear Sir,    I have used my SBI debit card to withdraw RS.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) in Tamilnad mercantile Bank (Sipcot Branch). While system was  generating to issue money it failed and my ATM card is locked with the Band. But I have received my amount of Rs. 10,000 but i have not received my SBI ATM card till now. This happened on 09.05.2010. When i have approached TMB bank They told me that they destroyed the card and advised me to approach SBI Beach Road branch. My Account is in that branch. When I approached concerned manager (Enquiry) he told me to pay Rs.200(Rupees Two Hundred Only) for a fresh ATM card. My Question is Why should I pay Rs.200 for their machine fault. MY ACCOUNT NO : Savings Bank Account 10852800173. I request you to get an ATM card without any cost.   Regards, C. We had to go to Nakhundi near Rly under passs (one stop before Marathahalli)from Indiranagar BDA complex and we had explained in detail in every possible way to convince the auto driver as where he needs to drop us. He agreed with us and said that he would charge 250 Rs. Although the amount was exhorbitantly high for a distance of 9KMs we did not bargain since it was night. But after coming to Bhagini Restaurant at Nakhundi, he droped us and refused to go further to Marathalli on the pretext that Marathahalli is a dangerous place. We argued a lot but he refused to go further and thretaened us that we would have to face dire consequence in case we argue further. Since I do not know Kanada and my friend being from Kerala not comfortable with kanada as well the auto driver took undue advantage and literally snacthed money and went off. Fortunately I have noted his auto registration No as KA03B4AC222. We neeed exemplary punishment of the driver as he has set an example as how bad auto drivers are in Bangalore</description>

My flight was at 1145 in the morning and on 29th night, I booked Mega cab with a reporting time of 930 AM since it takes almost 45 mins from Noida to IGI airport.   Next day, I got the call from the cab driver at 915 AM asking for the location. He said he will reach my place in half an hour. He said that he was available since 8 AM in the morning but he was not given any assignment till them and at 915 he got my pickup.  Then after sometime, I got a call from the driver saying that he will take another half an hour since there is a huge traffic jam. When I tried calling Mega cab, I could never reach to customer care.   Then I decided to take some other cab and I managed to take a cab. By then it was 1030 and when I reached airport it was 1130 and the boarding was closed.  At 1045 I got a call from the mega cab driver saying that he has reached my place.  When I called Mega Cab, one of the call center agent said that, someone will callback but till date I have not received any call from them.  Due to this, I have lost more than 15 thousand.  I want file a law suite against them. Can anyone tell me what should I do in this case please. </description>

                 <description>Excess fare charged Dear sir ,  I bring to your notice that I had very bad experience with COOL cab service from Domestic airport terminal 1B I landed from Ahmedabad on 25th May and I took a cool cab and he promised to go by Meter and I agreed , From Airport we went to POWAI , BKC and South Mumbai ,  His meter showed Rs. 2,100/- I was shocked to see this meter reading , and than he showed me rate card which showed such exorbitant fares., I am sure this was fake,  When I asked for receipt he refused to give and started shouting and demanding for all the money , As I had some appointment I had no choice but to pay him,  I was shocked to have such incidence in city of Mumbai where people travel from all across India and world and such services are given to guest ,  I just managed to take no. of CAB (Cool Cab) MH 01 JA 8547,  I will be happy if oyu could take some action against such taxi driver who is spoiling the name of our city and Country.</description>
