                 <title>Complaint Registration- TATA NANO TN 10 AB 7706- Given service to adjustment but afte</title>

                 <description>DEAR TEAM,  Its a very ANNOYING THAT still my complaint has not resolved. I given my car for a minor adjust issue but KLN motors was created a major issue on my car.  Brief: I contacted TATA AUTHORIZED SERVICE STATION ON 2nd OF APRIL 2012 in chennai KLN motors, For A minor service.  1. Brake, clutch, and Vibration issue. They charged Rs. 1047 for the service. I handed over the vehicle on 2nd April morning at 10 AM to Mr. Karthik(Service advisor), he gave the job sheet with all complaints and committed 12 noon on the same day as delivery time. The actual delivery was at 7.00 Pm with a delay of 8 Hrs.  After servicing, my car brake had major failure and was not able to drive further. When contacted KLN for seeking help it was told they have closed for the day and would be attending the problem the next day(03.04.12)(Tuesday).   On 03.04.12 also they have not solved my issue even after working on the same issue for about 8 Hrs. When they have returned the vehicle after servicing the same problem(brake failure and vibration) arose . I called up and spoke to the service advisor again they said that vehicle is a old model and problems like these are bound to happen and they would not be able to arrest.   I was fed up and called on the road side mechanic and solved my brake issue. This after spending 2 full days in the service center without any result.   I had also raised a complaint on 4 different occasions from 4th April to customer care but there was no concrete response from any of the concerned persons.  I am not worried about the problems in my car but I am more annoyed with the response and arrogance shown on the part of customer care team to address my issues.  Looking forward for some concrete response  Regards Christopher J -9841001955-323-c /6st PT rly colony-Ayanavarm-Chennai-23 Car 1St owner name Mr U chandran </description>

                 <description>I HAVE MARUTHI SWIFT VEHICLE ,NO TN 41 AA 1800 ,WHICH I BOUGHT ON OCTOBER 2009 IN COIMBATORE R S PURAM SHOW ROOM.RECENTLY FIFTEEN DAYS BACK ,I HAVE SHOWN SERVICE IN AMBAL AUTO CARE IN COIMBATORE.ON 24TH AUG 2011 I WAS GOING TOWARDS MADURAI FOR MY PERSONAL PURPOSE IN MY CAR AND WHEN I WAS GOING NEAR TO THE PLACE VERAHANOOR NEAR MADURAI,I HEARD SOME UBNORMAL NOICE WHICH IS COME FROM ENGINE SIDE THEN IMMEDIATELY I STOPPED MY VEHICLE AND I CALLED ABT CUSTOMER CARE.THEN APT MECHANIC CAME AND BROUGHT MY VEHICLE TO APT SERVICE,NEAR FATHIMA COLLEGE AT MADURAI ON 24TH EVENING.  THE REASON THEY TOLD US,CONNECTING ROD IS BROKEN INSIDE THE ENGINE,BECAUSE OF THIS IT IS BLOCKED.  NOW THEY ARE NOT READY TO SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY.  TWO YEARS ITSELF NOT COMPLETED AND ALSO JUST 35,600KM OVER,BUT THEY ARE NOT READY AND THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO GIVE REQUEST FOR INSURANCE AND SAME I GIVEN. NOW THAT REQUEST ALSO IS REJECTED BY SURVEYOR.SINCE IT IS RELATED WITH SERVICE ISSUE.  NOW I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ABT SERVICE.  PLS LOOK INTO MY ISSUE AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  I AM SEEKING UR REVERT. </description>

                 <description>I am a manager in steel plant located at angul , approx 100-120 kms away from bhubaneswar .Ford sales persons impressed that FORD figo is car of the year and secondly will provide good service related and also looks of car is very good. Thus had just purchased ford figo from Capital ford bhubaneswar just 35-40 days back.On 9th of this month-July ,my car was touched by a dumper from non drive side due to which front wheel steel portion got damaged and scratches appeared in that side front door and also my first servicing was due i.e 2400 kms was completed. Now to get my car repaired, Ford does, not have pick up assistance available (initially after every 2 days there sales persons were coming to me for getting ford figo purchased). I have to travel 100 km approx to bhubneswar CAPITAL FORD Showroom. Thus it requires min 2000 rs petrol &amp; other expenses ( To &amp; Fro ) and most important i have to spare time ,take leave for 2 working days -For depositing &amp; for pick up .(My per day cost to company is 3000). Finally given to capital ford first service + repair. On 11th July... And today is 20 th july .Every day i m chasing them, they say that car will be ready by tomorrow. Here the question is when that tomorrow will come, they gave some excuse. Finally conclusion is i m regretting myself for the decision of purchasing ford figo car .Now not a single ford persons are interested to get my car serviced on time. There is no value for money, main problem that they dosen't have proper service centers &amp; if you found any one, its is big project for geting serviced / Repaired on time.  This is my experience i m sharing with all. Please before purchase a car. After a protracted follow up Back-light and bumper were agreed to be replaced by HONDA. Same were got replaced from Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon.   2.	In view of news paper reports calling back HONDA CITY. I had delivered my car on 2.03.2011 at around 13 hrs. to Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon for necessary part change. At the time of delivering my vehicle, since car was giving starting trouble from very beginning, I requested for checking of battery. I received a call informing that battery is not working properly and need replacement. After taking up matter with dealer and HONDA 121, a decision was taken and conveyed to me by HONDA that battery will be replaced free of cost. Subsequently, about after three days I was advised to take delivery of car without replacing battery with the assurance that in case there is any problem with battery same will be replaced free of cost. I took back delivery of car on 5.03.2011. After PUD, it is noticed that when car is driven at speed above 70 kmphr, it gives noise like being that of Diesel vehicles. I had taken up matter with HONDA several times but there is no satisfactory solution to it. I even sent my car to Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon on 26.04.2011 but still there is no solution. On discussion with automobile engineer, it is understood that noise may be due to faulty fuel injectors. Since there was no noise before PUD, it is apprehended that dealer may have fiddled/ replaced fuel injectors.  3.	It may be mentioned that my car was having starting trouble from very beginning, for which I had also availed services of Honda road side help several times last being on 22.05.2010 vide reference no. 16952. Since then I am regularly following up with HONDA 121 without any fruitful result.  4.	 Vide communication dated 30.05.2011, I had requested your intervention in the matter to settle the issue of unwarranted noise and change of defective battery. The matter was discussed with General Manager, Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon on 31.05.2011. After explaining the matter for about an hour to him, he assured that both the concerns will be addressed satisfactorily. He requested me to send the car. A mutual date on 6.06.2011 was agreed for sending the car to Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon.  5.	As there is always a tendency on the part of Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon not to address the concerns instead keep the customer hanging and also not to give any written assurances for future reference, I requested General Manager , Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon to send an e-mail to the effect that battery is being replaced free of cost and noise problem will be addressed. I am yet to receive e-mail in this regard.   6.	To my utter surprise, I again received a call from Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon at 10:33 AM today. They again started asking about details of concern.                  <description>Figo is a great car with superb perfromance but it come with some negatives points:  - Pathetic After Sales response from Ford Dealers - Very bad after Sales Service - Expensive Spares and Expensive Maintainance - Problems remains unresolved even after servicings - Takes considerable longer time to complete the service - Customer Service over phone is good but on the job is very bad.  No Doubt why Maruti is the No. 1 seller in India… they have awesome aftersales support. I doubt if after my this Ford Figo car I would again go for any FORD vehicle or suggest anyone else to go for Ford Vehicle.  Also note that some of the Ford Dealers are very Bad.  E.g In Hyderabad Mody Ford is very bad compared to Fortune Ford. If you are from Hyderabad and want to Buy a Ford vehicle better go for Fortune Ford.  I have very bitter experience with Mody Ford in Hyderabad. No. DL6C J6939) from Sai Automobiles, Delhi and took its delivery on 7th Dec 08. Since the day one the car has been showing "Airbag Fault" message and the airbag light in the dispay has been glowing.   I took the car to Fahrenhiet Automobiles, Delhi for check up on 07.04.2009. The service center opened the entire car and informed me that the front passenger side seat belt was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. They told me the part would come in a weeks time. However the service center took more than three weeks to procure the part.   My car went again on 04.05.2009 for the part to be replaced. This time after opening the car the service center realized that the front passanger seat belt is working fine. It is the rear seat belt which has a fault in the airbag tensioner and needs to be replaced.   After this the car was again sent to the service center on 14.05.2009 for replacing the airbag tensioner. After opening up the car and working on it for three hours I was informed that the part they have procured is not working and they have to get a new part! Clearly they did not put any effort to check if the part was working before calling my car for service. Also, they told me that there was some fault in the wiring which has been fixed.   Finally my car again went to the service station on 29.05.2009 for the part to be replaced. Again, this time after opening the car I was informed that the airbag tensioner in my car is fine and does not need to be replaced!! There is wiring fault in my car which is being rectified. I was already told on 14.05.2009 that there was wiring fault in the car and it was rectified. Then why was there a need to open up the wiring again?   I have received my car back on 30.05.2009. The fault seems to have been rectified however the entire upholstery is dirty with hand marks and the finishing is undone. I can see loose ends of the cloth hanging out in various places. Also the leather on the hand break is cut in some places and the leather on the handle on the drivers door next to the window buttons is torn severely. It seems like the fitting of the car has been done in an extremely clumsy fashion and the service center has not taken care enough to get the car cleaned and fitted properly before sending it back. The service center has done more damage to my car than service.   First of all I was delivered a faulty car without any proper PDI by the company! Second, your authorized agent is not competent enough to diagnose the problem in one checkup. They have opened this brand new car 4 times for this one problem which should have been captured and solved on the very first day I took the car to them. On top of it the finishing of the upholstery has been ruined and dirtied by their mechanics. The service center has been trying to solve the problem by trial and error and experimentation rather than properly diagnosing the car. It seems like the service center is taking the entire thing as a joke and is not interested in servicing the customers properly and instead harassing them.   I do not think this is the way I or any other customer of such a reputed company dealing in luxury cars deserves to be treated. Please let me know what action is going to be taken against the service center and what should i do with the ruined upholstery in my car?   I have talked to Mr. Praveen on 30.05.2009 on the company help line no. 0240 2475999 0240 2475999 to register a complaint.                  <description>I have a Fiat Punto purchased on 24.09.2009 from Joshi Auto Zone (JAZ), Chandigarh wide Chessis No.MCA 11815507006377JPZ. I have got problem in the stering lock on dated 13.04.2011, I call the on road free service helpline no. for help. They replied me that your car is not warranted for on road free service (ORFS). After a lot of discussion &amp; delayed by ORFS I call a crane &amp; toe my car up to JAZ Chandigarh on 14.01.2011 at around 5.00 PM. They receive my car, Passwards (Electronic &amp; Mechanical)&amp; check the problem &amp; told me that the steering lock is not working. And also told me that the lock is not available with us, so we will arrange the lock from Fiat's Pune Plant. But till date JAZ did not get the lock from Pune. Now I am facing a major problem without my car. I am waiting your reply with the positive solution of my problem.</description>

No. DL6C J6939) from Sai Automobiles, Delhi and took its delivery on 7th Dec 08. Since the day one the car has been showing "Airbag Fault" message and the airbag light in the dispay has been glowing.   I took the car to Fahrenhiet Automobiles, Delhi for check up on 07.04.2009. The service center opened the entire car and informed me that the front passenger side seat belt was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. They told me the part would come in a weeks time. However the service center took more than three weeks to procure the part.   My car went again on 04.05.2009 for the part to be replaced. This time after opening the car the service center realized that the front passanger seat belt is working fine. It is the rear seat belt which has a fault in the airbag tensioner and needs to be replaced.   After this the car was again sent to the service center on 14.05.2009 for replacing the airbag tensioner. After opening up the car and working on it for three hours I was informed that the part they have procured is not working and they have to get a new part! Clearly they did not put any effort to check if the part was working before calling my car for service. Also, they told me that there was some fault in the wiring which has been fixed.   Finally my car again went to the service station on 29.05.2009 for the part to be replaced. Again, this time after opening the car I was informed that the airbag tensioner in my car is fine and does not need to be replaced!! There is wiring fault in my car which is being rectified. I was already told on 14.05.2009 that there was wiring fault in the car and it was rectified. Then why was there a need to open up the wiring again?   I have received my car back on 30.05.2009. The fault seems to have been rectified however the entire upholstery is dirty with hand marks and the finishing is undone. I can see loose ends of the cloth hanging out in various places. Also the leather on the hand break is cut in some places and the leather on the handle on the drivers door next to the window buttons is torn severely. It seems like the fitting of the car has been done in an extremely clumsy fashion and the service center has not taken care enough to get the car cleaned and fitted properly before sending it back. The service center has done more damage to my car than service.   First of all I was delivered a faulty car without any proper PDI by the company! Second, your authorized agent is not competent enough to diagnose the problem in one checkup. They have opened this brand new car 4 times for this one problem which should have been captured and solved on the very first day I took the car to them. On top of it the finishing of the upholstery has been ruined and dirtied by their mechanics. The service center has been trying to solve the problem by trial and error and experimentation rather than properly diagnosing the car. It seems like the service center is taking the entire thing as a joke and is not interested in servicing the customers properly and instead harassing them.   I do not think this is the way I or any other customer of such a reputed company dealing in luxury cars deserves to be treated. Please let me know what action is going to be taken against the service center and what should i do with the ruined upholstery in my car?   I have talked to Mr. Praveen on 30.05.2009 on the company help line no. 0240 2475999 0240 2475999 to register a complaint. Thanks to ALMIGHTY that I was not on the road and no one in the family was sitting with me. It give a shock that If such problem is know to TATA then why they are not providing any solution to that. I am not doubting but if the response is such type then I have a doubt are they playing with the life of their clients. </description>

On 01april 2011 at about 10 o clock I have received a phone call from one vishwanathan phone no 9916537794 so on so informed me that there are some old computers for sale available at tannery road and requested me to come and see the same  			I would like to inform you the above said vishwanathan he was waiting for me at the tannery road hence I went there along with my Honda CB Twister bearing no KA 50 K 2632 so on and also I have taken my cheque book in order to purchase the old computers when I went there the above said vishwanathan had taken me to grave yard there about 5 to 7 persons were standing and suddenly and surprisingly they were round upping me with deadly weapons like long and cheaper and threatened me and also assaulted and man handed at about 2-30 pm and they forcefully taken my cheque book and obtained signature on the cheque no 106632 of HSBC bank current account named with my company name Supreme Technologies and also obtained my signature vehicle transfer form 20 and related documents  			Thereafter they threatened me that if you lodge any police complaint they do away with my life and live and also that of my family members which has cost not only that but also mental and physical Agni and also danger to my life I would like to inform immediately 5 30 pm I went to the nearest police station kadugondanahalli and lodged the complaint but the police officials did not take care to register the complaint nor acknowledge and endorsement and they made me to site in the police station up to 9 o clock and they asked me to come one next day and again I went to police station on 02 April 11 at about 11 am and they made me to site with police station but not taken any action nor received the complaint at about 6 o clock they asked me to come next day because the concerned official who has to receive was not in the station  			I would like to inform as said kadugondanahalli ( K G Halli ) police not taken any action to recover my Vehicle and cheque also documents for transferring vehicle form 20 and even though I have furnished the names of the person yet any action and recover the above said properties and belongings of me Hence I have no other option except inform the higher officers  			Therefore I request you kindly take immediately suitable action against the above said person to recover my motor cycle and also blank cheque also other forms in which they obtain my signature and identify the person properly if shown to me  				Thanking you  								Yours   							S kudiarasu selvan   </description>
