Esi not received
Sir,
I am sending this letter for my wife's( Jemshey Vakayil) esi matter. She has been working in an ESI covered school as an Accountant from July2009. But the school management doesnt give her ESI benefits. They told her that it will get only after two years of appoinment. In April 2010 she applied for resignation becuase of this type benefetiory matters. But school management told her to stay there till one new person arrived there. But july month last she has been hospitalized because of pregnency related problems and doctors told her to take complete bed rest So she hasnt go school after that.
After that she asked May salary to Principal two times but she told some reasons to not give salary... On 13th July 2011 she send her brother in law to school with authorization letter to give salary. But They didnt give salary. Because of these all ralation we feel very bad and thats why i am sending this letter to you. Please help me for some help from your side.
1) After appoinment of an employee from which month he has entitled to get benifits..?
2) There is any possibility for gettting my wife any compensation from ESIS or from school...?
3) For this type of matter whom i want to contact in ESI office, Calicut, Kerala.
Pls help me to find these all problems
