Very Poor Service
Purchased a washing machine on
03-04-11 at 11 AM from Chroma, DT Mall
Gurgaon. Chroma refused to deliver the
machine on the same day. Promised to
deliver without fail on 04-04-11 before
5PM. Tried to call Chroma when did not
get delivery till 7PM. No one answered
the only number provided at the time of
billing for more than 1 hour. After 8 PM
the person who answered the phone said
he is unable to do anything at this time
and I can do whatever I can. The
machine is still not delivered and Chroma
is sitting on my money. SHAME ON
