NOC not issued
Dear Sir,
I have puchased Honda Activa from local dealer and was financed by Citi Financial...the date of purchase was 24/04/2006.... i have cleared all the EMI and yet have not received the NOC or RC book and also the ECS cheques that i have issued to Citi financial....kindly consider my request at the earliest.
