                 <description>it has been 7 days when i talked to customer care for new connection of tata sky dth service.but till date they just are saying it will happen in few time.nobody in customer care is bothered about the customer.they even cut your phones and also no one responds in certain time maybe their break or enjoyment time.it is a nuisance for TATA,i thought that tata is a ethical company but i think it is worst among the rotten companies.i hope we indians will rott down these kind of companies so that in future we dont have to face otherwise like egypt. say bye to tata .thats tata in hindi and go for some genuine connection </description>

                 <description>I had enquired for Canadian immigration with wwics. But i was forced by their executive Bidhaan, to register. Though i told him my papers were not ready. But he said it was the end of the month for him and his target is due and forced me to register for which i had to pay Rs. 67000/-. After abt 12-13 days when i called up Bidhaan to collect my papers he said the canadian rules have changed and i cannot apply any longer. He then told me i would get refund in 120 days. After 120 days when i enquired he started misbehaving and then said no refund would be possible. His manager Rajiv (Rajouri garden , Delhi branch) refused also. They misbehaved and also started avoiding my calls multiple times. My money is with them since june'2010. i dont know what to do. They misguided me. Please help me.  </description>

                 <title>Fraud in Immigration process</title>

                 <description>Hi,  This is Ravinder Singh Dahiya. I applied for immigration for Canada from WWICS Rajouri Garden office in April 2005 with file number (29562) and opted for Gold scheme which was of 1.2 lacs, in which the company offered to help in providing accommodation and job after I was provided visa by the Canadian Embassy. This money was supposed to be paid in installments according to the progress of my case, so I paid 30000 as initial amount to WWICS and 19000 as the immigration fee and was told that it would take around 4-5 years for immigration process to get finalized. In March 2009, I was contacted by WWICS Rajouri Garden office to submit my IELTS transcript to initiate my immigration process by the Canadian Embassy. The transcript was submitted in June 2009 by me and they told to me that I will receiving my medical test call in around a year's time, which i waited eagerly for. After waiting till April 2010, I called WWICS office again and they told me to wait for a few more months and I will be receiving a medical test call in September 2010. Since there was no call in September, I contacted their office again and found that they had no information regarding my IELTS transcript in their system and told me that they might have misplaced it in their office. This came as a shock to me and I told them to locate it as soon as possible as it was just not only a transcript but my hardwork on which I have spent my money and time. What was more shocking to me was that they now told that it will take around 2 more years to get the immigration process complete.   So, I do not know what to do, please suggest me some way.</description>

                 <description>“Humanity at the crossroads”; During the surge of scientific developments, that we are experiencing with the advent of the computers and communication, media has seen tremendous changes, bringing the world together with free exchange of thoughts and ideas amongst engineers, scientists, doctors and allied fields etc. However, the judiciary, continue to be kept at high esteem though for non-performance of timely justice, indiscipline lawyers taking law into their hands(T.O.I. Dtd.26.06.2007, 16.09.2008 etc. Chennai Edition).The common man suffers. Every professional in its kind is important i.e. as the CJI of Karnataka who has not set a model to others but for not respecting the professional seat of supreme held by him, which itself is regretted to note, while the common enlightened society do not want mis-carriage of justice, unreasonably dragged cases in courts with administrative deficiencies and defects in the legal process faced by the innocent clients as in the case of Cheque-bounce case, Saidapet Criminal Court CC827/2006&amp;EP1782/2009 Land- grabbing case of an ex-serviceman in Bangalore City Civil Court i.e. O.S.345/2004 &amp; R.A.117/2009. Its high time sincere CBI officers be asked to look into such cases as a watchdog and give justice, this innocent ex-serviceman totally harassed and humiliated to give-up, as he is fighting-out for justice incurring further unwanted money, time and efforts in his old age as a senior citizen or else it is like discouraging the loyal citizen to come forward to defend their nation from external threats. The need, for committed, dedicated and responsible public servants, to serve the people, in the national, inter-national and world body of governance. "Great acts are made up of small deeds to start with-initiate"  Chief Justice of US Supreme Court John Marshall had once said: "Power of Judiciary lies not in deciding cases, nor in imposing sentences nor in punishing for contempt, but in the trust, faith and confidence of the common man".  Falsifying the truth by all means for gain, engaging specialised mentoring criminal- lawyers, for criminals to be tutored, availing loop-holes in the legal- process, “bringing injustice to the innocent common-litigant”, throws- away the sanctity of the courts, from the minds of the common people. Watchdogs if any, to sincerely monitor the system for timely corrective action. Public service to be fair and clear, purposeful and meaningful. It is high-time, the honourable court administration, realises this for an early corrective-action.                  <description>my father had brought a house at lonavala and my younger brother cheated him and made it a joint sale deed taking advantage of his old age and his handicap of his loss of one eye and very difficult for him to remember various issues my brother had even assulted him and a complaint was lodged in lonavala police station the RNC NO IS 1631/05 IPC 504 506 31/5/05 THE POLICE GAVE HIM A WARNING AND LET HIM GO but even till date he is been harrssing my father who is 87 years old he is been deprived of the access to the remaing occupied place which my brother has encroached he is confined in his one room which he is mentally harssed by my brother his wife and mother in law he is totally going under depression as also he is alone staying alone since my mothers death in the year 1978 since then he is all alone i go often to visit him as i am working in mumbai and cant go often i would appericate if you could help him in securing his rightful birthright so that he can enjoy the comfort of his hard earned life which he has endorsed when he was young God bless help him as he is in desperate situation</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir,  Sub: File No. W350126/10  With the intention of going for Haj Pilgrimage, I applied for PP way back in January 2010. My name was successful in the Draw held by the Haj Committee for Haj 2010. When ever I log to the status inquiry, message appears to send attested copies of educational qualifications. Due to floods at my place, my educational certificate were washed away and in support of the same, I personally appeared in the Passport office at Hyderabad on 01-06-2010 and handed over the original MRO certificate after they insisted along with a letter explaining my inability to produce it. Till date, I am yet to receive the PP. In the meanwhile, I have to send the original PP along with the HAJ Application form. But till date there is no information when I will get my passport. There is no response from the office. Please look into the matter at the earliest so that I can undertake my pilgrimage. Waiting for your kind response.  Thanks and Regards,</description>
