                 <description>Hi all,   Please beware of the Fashion and you site. I have ordered a salwar suit worth Rs2950 on 21 Feb 2012, order no. 1491701. Till today 24 Apr 2012 I have not recieved my ordered goods. I have called and mailed them mulitple times to get an update that they are tracking the parcel no.6276810330 (courier: aramex ).   And I have called the courier company (Aramex) got an update that the parcel sent by the fashion and you without any address lable to it i.e it was never dispatch for my address. So after waiting for some time, this parcel was sent back to Fashion and you onlu.  And as per the latest update from Aramex site is, this parcel is denied acceptance at Fashion and you end. Aramex tried delivering it back to fashion and you 2-3 times and every time delivery is refused.   So, you see they first create an impression that they are sending the goods and then showcase that there is an issue with tracing the parcel and hence some 2-3 month they will not refund your money..not sure even if they refund it any time.. This site is complete fraud, they might send the goods worth less that Rs 1000 but for high value goods they do lot of fraud like this  Beware of these people!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks  </description>

I travelled from Coimbatore JN railway station to Bangalore city junction railway station in train number 16525 with PNR no.4550940922.I reached Coimbatore railway station by 7.45 and decided to use the A/c waiting room there. Mr. Manickam was the person in charge of the waiting room. As per his instructions, I kept my baggage in the shelf near the entrance of the room.At 10.30 pm , my train was announced and it was time to get my bag and go to the platform.Much to my astonishment and chagrin I found my bag missing .I had taken it for granted that it would be more safe in an ac waiting room where you have to pay per hour to use and which you cant enter with out a proper ticket.I reported it to Mr. Radhakrishnan in charge of the waiting room and the security personnel and the TT of my coach but they were unable to help me. Can any one advise me on this?</description>

                 <description>I had purchased a footwear no. 861-6943 on 10/03/2012 costing Rs. 1599.00 from a Bata Dealer in Pondicherry. I am a Bata customer from the time I have started buying footwear in the 70s. I have always been a satisfied customer ever since. But this time I sensed that this product shattered my trust in Bata. I was totally not satisfied with the quality. I went to the store on 13/03/2012 and told him so. But the dealertried to convince me that that there were no defects and could be used.  I went back and used it for a week. Then the stitches started coming out. I took the footwear again and showed it to the dealer and registered my complaint. He asked me to prefer a complaint online. This particular model does not live upto Bata standards. I am totally dissatisfied. I await your reply and early action Yours Victor</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir/Madam,  Reference ID Card No. generated 1007142505 on 23/6/ 11, I had paid an advance payment of Rs 6999/- (Rupees Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only). I received the items on 02/6/11 but four items were of wrong size and in one item Anaira D Pack (1) I received a small box of Diamonds with 09 Diamonds instead of 10 Diamond as mentioned in the invoice, and the other Three Items were were of different sizes. The Invoice No is TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/183722. Invoice Date : 27-06-2011, Order No 181494 , Order date 25-06-2011.  Actually I had ordered on 23/June/2011 and not on 25-06-2-11. On enquiry with Bagitttoday tele no 0120-4112424, I came to know that the Invoice No, Order Number, Invoice Date and Order Date belongs to someone else called Ankush Garg (ankushgarg@gmail.com). There has been a terrible mix up somewhere by someone.  The address written on the Invoice is correct (my address), the kind of items and the number of items are also correct, but some of the items have been mixed up (wrong sizes). Again on enquiry I was told to send the items back to the warehouse. I have incurred an expenditure of Rs 560/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Sixty only) in sending these items back to the ware house. Please see the word attachment for the contents of the letter.   Sir/Madam, this is sheer harassment to me for no fault of mine. Please do something such that I am reimbursed the expenditure of Rs 560/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Sixty only) and also such that I get back the correct sized items at the earliest. Also send one Diamond which was less in one of the box. The courier (Blue Dart-Mangalore) refused to accept the diamond box hence I had to keep with me the box with 09 Diamonds which was actually supposed to have 10 Diamonds.   PLEASE READ THE WORD ATTACHMENT TO GET THE CORRECT PICTURE.  HOPING TO HEAR FROM YOU AT THE EARLIEST.   Copy of the letter written to the Warehouse is attached below.  To,									04/July/2011  Shri Randhir Thakur, Today Retail Network Private Limited, Khasra No. 371, Fatehpurperi, Bhatti Village, New Delhi 110074.  Subject: Dispatch of Gift Items.  Dear Shri Randhir Thakur,  I received the gifts for which I had made and advance payment of Rs 6999/- on  25-6-11. On enquiry with Today Retail Network Pvt. Ltd, Tele No 0120-4112424 I was told to send these items back to your warehouse and that you would send me back the correct quantity/size items.                  <description>I have given online ordered two nos Shari which order no 8052 (29/06/11) from Kala Zone Slick Mills .I received the parcel on 23/06/11 with good packing and seal condition.But when I open seal VPP packing it is surprise that KALA ZONE has send some Surat Publish Books and Some Company Magazine instead of Shari .When I given written complain then they request contact over telephone 0261-2700000/4040777 with Manager Mr Rajesh.I have been contact over telephone in several times and request to return my paid amount Rs 3070 or same product.They inform me that Kalazone have no any responsible regarding this issue if Indian postal Department take any action then they will return back my paid money. They have been facing thousand of case like that so it is not possible to return money from company. As per my experience I think Kalazone Silk Mills SURAT is a fraud company so every body should extra care for dealing online purchase by motivating TV advertise. I will go in consumer court in my home town at Golaghat, Assam. I would grateful if anybody guide me. </description>

                 <description>I got my several sets of dresses stitched by these people Irise on kammanahalli and I regretted and still regret when I see the huge amount of material that they had ruined in the name of stitching and the huge amount of money I spent on those great looking expensive materials. when the material was given, they gave me designs and work that would make the dress look great and charged me for all the lacework, buttons, etc. but when I picked up my so called stitched clothes, there was no designs, no lace, no buttons, no belts and just plain stitching and when I questioned the lady, she disappeared inside and it took her almost 15 minutes to come out.she told me that the charges were for the U neck, V neck, round neck, sleeves (which were actually simple short sleeves)...I never ever knew that the "neck" and sleeve for a dress were charged separately...i was shocked and it was too late and she charges Rs. 250 for a saree blouse which you can wear. she charged me for lining for a dress and when she gave me the dress, it had no lining and when I asked her for the extra amount charged for all these extra buttons, lace, lining, she gave me the yarn about the different necks. I made a mistake. I could have just bought ready made clothes and they would have been the same amount as the material and HIGH stitching charges of these horrible tailors. even if you are desperate, dont go here...save your material and let a roadside tailor stitch it for you because he does a better job than those in Irise, kammanahalli....</description>

THE PARCEL'S WHITE COVERING PAPER TOO HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED. YOU ARE FREE TO VISIT ME TO GET THE BOX EXAMINED BY EXPERTS.  i know of your policy to not return intimate wear but i guess there is a problem at your end and not mine. also the face that the parcel has not been touched, this should be considered a special case.   i had a word with your helpline's Mr Sushil Kumar and subsequently floor manager Mr Ashish Sharma. after about an hour of arguments we agreed to disagree.  I WOULD LIKE TO INSIST, IF I RETURN THE PARCEL, I SHALL RETURN EVERYTHING AS IS AND NOT PART OF IT. ALSO I SHALL NOT MINCE ANY EFFORT TO BRING THE TRUTH OUT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, ABOUT YOUR INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE TOWARDS LOYAL CUSTOMERS. After submitting all the required details, the website redirected to another website. but it stood there for a very long time. I didn't get any confirmation number or order details. But I have the confirmation message from the bank for the transaction. After a several calls and emails, talking to many representatives. I was given a Order No. 10015152. If I track it and it doesn't give any details. I'm stuck in between, the money is deducted from my credit card and the product is not delivered. Customer Service is so painful in the wrong place, one has to call multiple times to make a person understand and take things to the next level. Its been fortnight, the issue is still unresolved.</description>

                 <description>Below is a mail I sent to Adidas customer care email. care@adidas.com   Hi,  I'd like to bring to your notice that I've had a harrowing 2 hours at your showroom in HSR Layout, Bangalore on 28th May 2011.  I bought a pair of shoes and a t-shirt for Rs. 3,498 using my ICICI Bank Debit Card. Reference Number: 114805580299. APPR Code: 032458. Invoice number 002875. Batch Number: 000491. Date: 28/05/2011. Time 11.45.51 AM. Card Type: Visa.  I find that the bill has been made wrongly. The price tag on the t-shirt says Rs. 549, whereas, it was billed as Rs. 699.   I was then told that the price tag was old and outdated. the new price is Rs. 699. So I told him that I don't want it. It said only Rs. 549 and that's why I wanted to buy it.   Therefore I asked the branch manager to return the money. He said he can't give me cash and that he'll transfer the money back to my account by making a 'Void Sale'.  I was told that the money will be returned in 10-15 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and still found that the money was not credited back to my account.   On asking him, he behaved very rudely with me. He called up his area manager and explained what had happened and gave the phone to me. As I was talking to the area manager on the phone, he snatched the phone from me. I refused to give it to him. He then threatened that he would disconnect the call, which he did.  He then tells me that this is a mistake and it happens everywhere, even in Levi's, Rebook and other brands and that I have to deal with it.  Is Adidas a mediocre brand? If this is the customer care that you're going to provide, please don't call yourselves world class. If you're going to be just like any other brand and say, "that's how it works," please call yourselves 'cheap brand'.  He told me that it will be returned in 24 hours and called up Axis bank customer care to confirm that.  I asked him what is the guarantee that I will get my money back in 24 hours and how I could trust him. He was at a loss for words and came back with, "I will give you my pocket money if you don't get your money back in 24 hours." I asked him to give that to me in writing, which he did after several dirty looks at me.   To top it all, the branch manager tells me, "I don't want you 'Sir'. Please don't come back. I never asked you to come to my shop."  Does Adidas know even the a b c of customer satisfaction and customer service? I've been through 2 hours of emotional torture at your shop. And I'm also at a financial loss at Rs. 3,498.   Can you give me the guarantee that I will get my money back and what are you going to do about the horrifying experience I have had?  In your interest, I suggest you take stern action against the branch manager.  I now have no reason to go to Adidas after I've been told NOT TO COME BACK AT ALL.  Regards, Arun Rajkumar, </description>
