                 <description>on 12th nov we had a dinner at resturant in bangalore. while paying the bill I gave my icici debit card to settle the amount.But instead of swiping rs. 2578.00 they swiped rs. 25,780.00. But after realizing their mistake they made a vide of the transaction and once again swiped rs. 2578.00. But soon after inquiring about the first transcation the hotel authorities told me that the amount has not been taken by them it is there in my icici bank as suspense account. after registering the complaint with the bank authority I am yet to get response from them. I once again request you to respond immediatly about creiditing the amount into my account.  Thanks.</description>

                 <description>I had visited the Bercos Noida on 19th Feb 2011 for a dinner with my family for the first time on a recommendation of known &amp; its closer to my place. However the complete ordeal turned out sour. Firstly we had to wait outside for 45 mins to get in. After we are seated no one came to us till 15 mins to attend, i had to call 2-3 times to take our order atleast. Finally our order was taken by someone &amp; delivered after another 20 mins of wait &amp; repeated followups by me. There was no apology at all on delay, i ignored. Then when we asked for the bill &amp; told the person that i should have a corporate discount as informed by my organisation. It was not acknowledged after repeated requests, &amp; the funny reply was given to me that bill was already generated. This is simply cheating &amp; folling the customers. It was my birthday &amp; i had a terrible day end with these stupid restaurant, which i will never visit again.</description>

                 <description>This is just to bring to the notice of all citizens about the MISBEHAVIOUR by the so called owner of Drop In sector 34 Chandigarh.  I along with my wife &amp; friends went to Drop In sec 34 and ordered soft drinks. At the billing counter, a person who called himself the owner of Drop Inn, started misbehaving and started abusing for no reason.  We just went out without saying anything. But even then he got out of the restaurant and started to physically fight inspite of the fact that our family was accompanying us.  This is not the first time he has behaved so.   So we urge NOT to go to Drop In sector 34. Because it is in government hands it is managed unprofessionally and the staff is rude.  Drop In IS NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT</description>

                 <description>hello friends i have honest submission regarding club mahindra resorts, the resorts are of very good quality BUT accomadation is next to impossible. 1)initially i was a white season member , when ever i used to call them for a booking in advance of 6 months in any of the resorts in karnataka or tamilnadu I used to get a reply which said ” the resorts are full and you are travelling in a higher season” 2)Later i planned with in the season i.e white season , still i used to get the same reply ” OUR RESORTS ARE FULL ” 3)After having all these problems later i decided to upgrade my season to peak season member ship by spending extra money hoping to enjoy a vacation unfortunately now also i get the same reply. : ( 4)The best part of the story EVEN AFTER UPGRADATION TO PEAK SEASON MEMBERSHIP I RECIEVE THE SAME REPLY RESORTS ARE FULL. 5)To BEAT all the above i called them recently for a stay in Goa, i got a reply that the resorts are full, later I called THEM AS A NON MEMBER IT WAS A SHOCK OF MY LIFE I GOT A REPLY THAT RESORT IS AVAILABLE OFCOURSE WITH A HEFTY PRICE”  With the above facts friends i have one conclusion CLUB MAHINDRA RESORTS ARE GOOD BUT DO NOT GO FOR A MEMBERSHIP, IF YOU WANT TO HOLIDAY WITH THEM BOOK IT PAY THE CHARGES FOR THAT HOLIDAY ALONE THIS IS MUCH MORE SENSIBLE &amp; ECONOMICAL ALL THE MEMBERS LIKE ME ,WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE APART FROM CALLING AND REQUESTING THEM FOR A VACATION FOR THE MONEY ALREADY PAID. : ( </description>

                 <title>Unauthorised entry of hotel staffs into Lady's Guest Room</title>

                 <description>My organisation The Leprosy Mission Trust India had carried out a bulk booking at Star Beach Resort Colva, Goa for our Annual Conference. On 17th night I checked into room no. 101. On 20th Jan when I returned from the conference at 7.00 pm I found that my room was occupied by another guest and my belongings were removed from the room and dumped into another room without my knowledge. On enquiry I found my belongings in 2 different rooms. I complained to the receptionist and then the owner was aware of this. I left my luggage in another room of my colleague and went out for dinner making a request for some arrangement for my continued stay at the hotel. At 11.00 pm when I returned the receptionist just said that there were no rooms available. When I realised that there was no way the the resort was going to provide me a room I requeste them to send me a boy to help me with the luggage the receptionist on duty flatly refused. I tried calling the owner at 9822586704 and he kept disconnecting my call. Finally my colleagues helped me find a room in a nearby hotel and they also helped me in transporting my luggage. I find this an uncultured behaviour with a lady guest. I felt terribly humiliated in public - being thrown out of my room which was pre-paid. I could have been informed that they were in need of my room and I would have, after consulting the organisers found an alternative. The staffs of the resort had the audacity to even refuse help to transport my luggage. I very strongly think that this resort ahouls be blacklisted for such abnoxius behaviour with a lady guest!!</description>

There is no office of this club here or not a single authorized person who can solve our problem. We really dont know from where to get help and solve our issues. Club is not developed at all no services are been given to members. plenty of time i have called up for this matter but no have replied till today. ANIRUDDHA HALDAR, CLUB MAHINDRA LTD, on 26.06.2010 and subsequent telecom by saying that he is concerned about our case and will solve our problem by sending the Pune Branch-in-Charge to our house. Accordingly 3 officials from CMHL,PUNE BRANCH- MR. NITIN PADIYAR(BR.IN –CHARGE) MR.JAMEER SHAIKH + 1. visited our house on 04.06.2010 and requested us to continue the membership.While we were hesitating as we were not benefitted for 2 years after paying Rs 95450 Mr.Nitin Padiyar accepted our request and will arrange for accommodation for 3 days during Deepawali holidays in any one of their resort anywhere in India.And he will send us the details of EMI to be paid for the remaining amount by adjusting the paid amount of Rs 95450 and the balance amount of Rs 148800 (244250 – 95450) can be paid at a stretch or as EMI. But on 29.06.2010 Mr.Nitin mailed us saying that an amount of Rs 55050 ONLY can be adjusted against the remaining EMI and Rs 40950 is deducted as food voucher and administration charges whereas we have neither used any voucher as we have not gone to any of their resorts sofar. This means nothing but to loot the people as they wish. With a bait of a free 2N/3D holiday package, we were lured into discussions with Club Mahindra. The entire two hour presentation gave such a glorified picture that not opting for membership appeared as a major loss for a lifetime. Not to mention, that the Sales exec MR.VIJI BABU Kalyani Nagar,PUNE OFFICE continuously assured that the membership could be cancelled / returned / sold at any point of time, with refund of the entire unused amount. When I posed the question regarding how would I get a buyerWherein we had made an upfront payment of 29978/-. (CASH Rs 5000/- &amp; CHEQUE for Rs 24978/- with Cheque No 212655 dt 29.05.2008, Shree Sadguru JangliMaharaj Coop Bank ltd, Bhosari branch, Pune.)along with we paid 11 EMI @ Rs 5952/- (Rs 65472/-through ECS from the same Bank)WE HAVE PAID TOTAL AMOUNT OF Rs 95450.00 During the entire two hour presentation, no mention of the time limit pertaining to cancellation of membership was conveyed .But MR.VIJI BABU, THE SALES EXE, Kalyani Nagar,PUNE OFFICE told that the membership can be transferred to somebody else in case we opted to do so were we given anything in writing which conveyed the same.However owing to bad experience while trying to book the first holiday with them and SINCE WE COULD NOT GET ANY BENEFIT FROM THEM and also due to some financial troubles we decided to cancel the membership, in the first week of MAY 2008. Also inspite of repeated reqeusts, This torture round included unattended calls, a shocking communication that the 0 day period was over and thus no refund (which had never ever been mentioned despite the long meetings),we have not been provided the contact details of the senior management. We once again tried for the bookings, but when I failed this time also, I finally gave the cancellation request on 10th May, 2008 at Pune office and then a chase with Customer Care started. We went to their pune office on 10.05.2008 and we wre told that we will not be refunded any money and till today we could not get anything from them. We want to escalate the issue effectively inorder to receive justice and a refund of our hard earned money. PLEASE HELP US TO GET OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!  We have attached the following documents for your perusal. 1.	FIRST Gift certificate for 2n/3d which we could not get accomodation 2.	DOCUMENTS(5 PAGES) HAND WRITTEN BY MR.VIJI BABU-SALES EXE-CMHL) 3.	MH&amp;RIL RECEIPT No 1674 DT 22.05.2008 FOR CASH PYT OF Rs5000/-  4.	PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - 11 X @ Rs 5952.00 +24978.00 5.	FORM FILLED BY US ON 22.05.2008 6.	LETTER RECD FROM CMH ( 6 PAGES). THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED ANY WHERE ABOUT NON REFUNDABLE AGAINST CANCELLATION. BUT THE EXECUTIVES TOLD THE MEMBERSHIP IS REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE-THEY WILL DO IT  7.	E mail for NONRECEIPT OF SPECIAL OFFER as telecon and personnel followups did not work. 8.	some of the reservation requests through email for ANY CMHL RESORT IN INDIA and their reply(seven pages) </description>
