                 <description>This is regarding after sale service of Insignia Solutions.   I purchased Intel Full Computer System on 25th Jan, 2011 at Rs.16500/- from Insignia Solutions. My invoice no. is IS/V/CH1942/JAN/11-12. I make my payment of Rs.16000/- by Credit card &amp; remaining amount which is Rs.500 by cash on hand on the same date. At the time of purchase Manager given me 3 years warranty on all computer parts and this has started giving trouble to me in 4 months or less time. I have given a complain regarding a malfunction where the computer is automatic shut down.  Complain date : 17th May, 2011 Complain ID : Support Ref No.- (ISP1-17511)  After registered a complain Mr. Neilesh Shinde (Manager, Business Development) has talking to me very bad way of saying you still have Rs. 320 (2% of Rs.16000/- which I’ve paid by credit card) amount left to submit which he charge me against credit card swapping interest &amp; this he has telling me after 4 months while I had complaint. Then I said any chargeable interest against credit card should be mentioned in the credit card statement which is obvious not mentioned means not charged. However I said all right if some amount of rest give me a receipt of it I am ready to fill the rest of the money. Then Mr. Neilesh Shinde misbehaved with me very badly &amp; said you don’t know about the credit card policies &amp; then he said there is no receipt for the same in their record.  After several telephonic reminders the technical person came to my home on 17th May, 2011 and after hour at the time he worked up the computer and said everything is fine now. Now you’ll have no trouble. But my problem still was not over and I re-registered a complaint on 19th May, 2011, Support Ref No.- (ISP2-19511). The technical person was supposed to come on 19th may, 2011 but till now no one appeared. I am calling 2-3 times everyday but now the most ridiculous thing is that the Insignia Solutions guys didn’t pick up my calls.  And now I am facing another problem that is our pc is not in working condition it means my pc is not getting on.  Few things I want to mention here. 1. The Insignia Solutions after sale service are really incompetent and does not care about the service quality.  2. NO sync about what’s happening to the customer and what the authorized service centre doing. 3. One motto of Insignia Solutions, sell product and forget. 4. Give a timeline when the issue will be resolved but doesn’t happen.  I am writing this complain letter in frustration and request you to look into this &amp; do the needful.  </description>

Amount was paid by Cheque No. 207723 J&amp;K Bank Ltd., Lucknow amount Rs. 2000/- was cleared and HP Care Pack Services Certificate dated 21/5/2009 was issued to me.  The Registration Information is Product Serial No. MY74KN902J Product Number Q8220D Product Description - HP Photosmart C5188 AiO Printer HP Care Pack Serial Number G64ION020464 Expiry Date 18.05.2011  This Serial Pack covers extended warranty of my printer including parts and services upto 18.05.2011.   Undoubtedly, I have always got the services of HP with no trouble, but this time I suffered.   This time, when I was given a printer in replacement - model no. C6288, SERIAL NO. MY96N9D2BP, which is not running smoothly as it should be. All the time when I bring a new cartridge and install it, its head suck all the ink resulting to less number prints even once I got only 6 prints out of all new cartridges installed worth about Rs. 2800/-. It costs Rs. 600/- per print of only 6"x4" size.   Now, printer is showing Ink System Failure Error, and I went to Redington on 3rd of December 2010 for solution, they told me you have to purchase its head. I told them, this printer is under warranty according to Service Pack. They told me head is not covered in this warranty. I told them even before the last time, they have changed the head of the printer too. They said to me I don't know, You have to call on your own to HP and refused to receive the printer at the desk.    Due to their rough and rude response, I am suffering very badly, and I am writing you to kindly help me in providing the service on the basis of my CarePack at the earliest.   Thank you,   A.H.                  <description>I purchased Bsnl 3g data card,LW272 V1.0 before 5 months with IMEI:980069000987405 and s/n: 392000832483 from erode.i was using the data card at chennai.Mrs Vedambal who is incharge for the bsnl 3g data card services at erode bsnl office told me that the speed will be 3.6 Mbs,but the actual speed was very low.There is also signal problem,mostly it will show only one point in tower.last month(october) the data card was not detected by my laptop,i went erode to ask about that,they gave me another data card which was returned by someone due to problem in that.That data card was got detected by my laptop but got disconnected within 2 minutes.Again i took leave and went erode,people are not giving proper response.they gave another data card.but that too not working.I feel very bad of bsnl customer service.I am no more interested to use the bsnl data card,they should get back the data card and return back my deposit money.  N.S.Sindhu</description>

                 <description>Sir/Madam, I have bought seagate HDD last 4 months back , i went to accel service center for the same, i was waiting at the seagate accel service center almost for 3-4 hours ,for replacing the drive i need to waste almost half a day for handing over the faulty drive only, for the replacement i need to come one more day. rest i cannot proceed my normal work. Reg this i have spoken to the same shop where i bought, he said i am helpless, and also he told we are getting less margin we cannot spend our time for replacement, pls consider each and indvidual person has got own commitment, instead of this the shop owner should take ownership of the serivce of any product instead of customer to wait at the service center for more than 3 to 4 hours. shop owenrs are worried about their margins , but they dont worry about the customers time .Either seagte should stop accepting the drive from the end customer end or they should accept the drive from the shopowners directly or some other mode. Everyone of the shopownerer trying to make fool of the end customer.No one is ready to give a proper support after sales mainly in the Ritche Street.</description>
