Road New Delhi-110021, Ph: 011 24112604 Cell: 9311469376 Dated: 24/03/2012  To   Any higher authority of TOSHIBA, except the officials named below because they might be omnipotent but in fact are unapproachable to a grieving customer.  Sir/Madam I have sent seven mails (to Mr. Shiva Kumar, Mr. Gaurav Dhawan and Mr. Pramesh Bhatia in addition to the company's mail id) and innumerable number of calls in respect of a new defective laptop, but these shallow officers have not exhibited any courtesy to acknowledge the same or direct their subalterns to take some action. The complaint number 032212-197 registered by me on 21/03/2012 was rejected by the service department owing to the reasons best known to the unprofessional, unethical, arrogant,boorish and abject department. Prior to that Mr. Ankush from InTarvo Toshiba had checked the laptop and declared defects in the same. I fail to understand why the engineer verbally accepted the major faults in the laptop (the origin of overheating) but did not write the same on the service report. In fact he was constantly in touch with his bosses while preparing the service report and penned down his version as dictated by his bosses (Mr.Pramesh Bhatia and perhaps the owner of InTarvo service Center of Toshiba).  In short the fact of the matter is that I am unable to use the machine because of the incompetent and boorish service department. The way the customer care representative humiliated me on 21/03/2012 reflects the above mentioned attitudes of Toshiba. The higher officials (Mr. Pramesh Bhatia) did not even care to check the recorded conversation to authenticate my version, which shows the ill intentions of the company. I request any higher authority of TOSHIBA (if it exists), to ponder analytically "why should I have relations with such a cruel and tyrant company, who not only humiliates a grieving customer with alacrity but throws him/her into oblivion".   Sincerely yours Dr. Hemant Kumar  Laptop Serial No. 8B046977Q   </description>

Luckily, i had a screenshot the details on the complaint and the transaction number which is now missing in consumercomplaints.in site. I guess, he might have went for offline settlement with Quantum-BSO company in Bangalore. When you search in a google.com for QUANTUM-BSO, you will see consumercomplaints.in site saying that “Search results: matching “quantum bso”. There are no complaints using term quantum bso have been found. Latest Questions” It is clear that, this site has script to show this message for QUANTUM BSO keyword. If such good sites starting cheating the people, then how can anyone trust the open forums</description>

                 <description>The management of this company is too much third class. Here employee is considered as a bull. Working here in Webtech means living in a jail. My request to all of freshers that AT ANY COST DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.  Some faltu rules of this company:  1. Do not attend phonecalls in working hours. If you talk on phone more than 2-3 minute, Mr. Shadev (Office boy) will take a video shooting of u and tell company boss about it.  2. You are not allowed to speak with any team member. If you are taking more than 5 minutes, it is considered as you can taking apart from the work.  3. You are not allowed to take leave in 2nd half.  4. If you are taking with any female employee, it is considered as there is something between you and her.  5. Your each moment will be captured in security camera. This is really panic as someone monitors you. If you are female employee Mr Shadev will treat you in a worst manner. He hates girls.   6. You will get snacks only if you willing to stay at 8.30 pm. If you leave before, you have to return the snacks.  7. Any time company boss can fired you without any reason.  8. Company never takes experienced employees.   9. Worst thing: The time you spent in washroom is noted down..... Shame..........   What a third class and worst company this is.  My dear friends leave jobless for 6 months but do not join this company. This company it hell....... </description>

But to my surprise, I found that the price of the same 8GB SD card is only Rs.590+ in other online portals. I had never thought that the price difference can be this high. A difference of 20-50 is reasonable, but not Rs.200 for a product which is less than 600. This is a difference of 30%! Several mails to customer care has gone unanswered.</description>

                 <description>To the representative SUB-complaint about the weak network and very slow speed of   Vodafone K-3570z usb internet device  I hereby Khalid Kazi had purchased the vodafone K-3570z usb device on 28/02/2011 from e-recharge store in zee shopping mall nirala bazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra with IMEI number-356222040838468 and the complaint was given to vodafone store niralabazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra on device mobile number of 09545521522 and they have given me the complaint no-1040024646, for extreme poor network with an extreme poor speed of 1 to 2 kbps which is null (poorest than the poor) and they told me that the vodafone engieneer will come and solve your problem but the date till today in have not recieve any feedback from you, your customer care executive had told, that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but it is not solved in 3 months also, and I am unsatisfied with the service provided by vodafone store on this issue, otherwise take the device return and refund my money back, this issue is unsolved till now  requesting you to solve on this issue for further contact call me on 09545537033. .AWAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE Thanking you   K.A KAZI </description>
