                 <description>Sub: Conplaint for FLYKING courier  On 6th Aug11 I sent one cover containing Rakhi to Panchkula (Chandigard) through FLYKING courier Andheri (w). Who picked the cover from my residents.  I was surprised to note that the cover was not delivered at the destination till 16th Aug11 (its 10days). I imminently called FLYKING courier (65077983) to enquiry but the gentleman told me we do not have office in Panchkula (Chandigard) so we will return your parcel in 2 days. I argued if they do not have office there they could have not taken it or returned me on time so I could have sent it as its for Rakhi festival but was very shocked to his reply that it was my fault that I had not confirmed Panchkula (Chandigard) whether they have received it or not. Getting annoyed from this Irresponsible reply I tried contacting his manager on duty but he did not come on line his secretary took my grievance n tale no’s that he will revert but nothing happened, next few days17th/18th &amp; 19th Aug11 I tried contacting Manager again but getting same reply “he is not there or he is busy will call me” but till today I have not received any call.  As Rakhi is a festival of brother n sister &amp; if brother do not receive Rakhi from sister what will be the state of mind for brother??..  The Rakhi was sent 7 days in advance and paid double from there regular changes of Rs30/- I paid Rs 60/- with assurance that it will be delived in 24hrs, but this gave us a mental tension &amp; ignorance from the FLYKING courier.  This is clearly a negligence &amp; torched of courier services to there customers. The said R.D. matured on 02.01.2011 and in the sequence I had deposited my last installment on 10th December 2010 vide cheque no 697117 of OBC which also got cleared from my account on 23.12.10 (photo copy of bank St. is enclosed)  Till today I have not received my monthly amount from the post office. On 8.1.2011 when I reached Surajmal Vihar Post office and enquired about the said R.D, This concerned official namely Sunita did not responded me properly and misbehaved with me and asked me to pursue the matter with Krishna Nagar branch. I also enquired about my R.D with Mr. Sanjeev at Krishna Nagar R.O. The also showed his ignorance and did not respond positively.  It is not by duty to visit the various post offices and to collect this information for the officials of post office and to tied them. Due to lack of communication between the two said official of post offices.                  <description>sir, Most respectfully I request you to set up an enquiry for non delivery of registered post receipt number RPA 4307 and RPA 4308 sending from Pune Head Post Office to Manipur. Problem of the statement: On 12 /Nov /2010 I send two Boxes with full of books and other important document by register post from Pune Head post Office- 411001 bearing receipt numbers RPA 4307 and RPA 4308, counter no.1,op-code:MVM at 15:49 and 15:53 pm to Ningthoujam Chetan,Imphal(her full address is mention below). The main problem is some of the items from these two boxes gone to Meghalaya state. One girl from Meghalaya contact to Miss Ningthoujam Chetan who is suppose to receive the parcel .That girl receive Miss Chetan's Dairy and some of the items from that two boxes and through that dairy the girl contact her(miss chetan). The girl was waiting for her parcel which was sending from Bangalore but instead she got our parcel.Both that girl and we contact through phone.After exchanging some dialogue we decided to write an application to our respective post office. For writing an application i need to mention that girl parcel receipt number in which she got our items.The next day when i contact her instead of giving receipt number she charge that Miss chetan along with some post officer stolen her parcel which was sending from Bangalore by her sister and she told me that she already returns those items to Bangalore again.she don't have those items with her now.when i asked about the receipt number she totally neglected and hang up my phone(her phone number is 0962040763 and her name is Miss Pomila who is now in Meghalaya). From this we know that our some items was reached in Meghalaya . I request you that please set up an enquiry for my missing parcel. we know some items gone to Meghalaya and Meghalaya to Bangalore if the girl saying is truth but what about the remainingg items? where its gone? why it is not reaching to Manipur? These are the doubt i have.
