No Proper Response
We had purchased refrigerator (230 Ltr.) on 29.04.2011 from Croma, Since then that refrigerator has stopped working and whenever I called the company they don't pick the phone and doesnt give any proper response. Instead their engineers are not much qualified to solve the problem immediately. Whereas My refrigerator is still outof order in this hot days and even I complain from website but no response from their site yet. It is very shameful that they made and ad that a person buy electronic from other place is crying and buy from them is happy ...... I firmly believe that their ad should be vice - versa. I bought the electronic from them & I'm crying. Is there anybody who can help me where I can legally complain and got my money back or change my refrigerator.
