DELL Desktop Warranty esclation Problem with DELL Toll Free
I Have DELL Inspiron 560I Desktop, last few days i am facing USB Ports Problem in my PC. USB Ports Not Working some times. in this regards, we discussed with DELL Toll free-18004254002 and spoke with co-ordinators they asked us to run the Diagnostics tolls, we did it and its shows no problem and they are saying that its not hardware issue.
This machine came with DOS Operating System, We have loaded Microsoft Windows 7 Professional edition 32 Bit Legal Operating system. Dell Cordinator Suggested us to Flash Version and we flashed the BIOS Version, Reinstalled the OS for 3 Times again we are facing the same problem.
When we spoke to DELL Toll free they are saying that its Operating system problem,and using 3rd party sofwares hence DELL will not support in this regards.
Machine is Under Warranty (On-Site / Within City) but ther are asking to pay the amount of Rs.1250/- for on site Visit to rectify this issue.
