Do not apply for Home Loan to DHFL
Hi Frndz! There is request from my side to not go to DHFL for home loan ,firstly there Processing fee is very high ...other than this... they are charging Rs 2000 as stamp duty charge without any money receipt.and also .
Prepayment fee is very high is 3% on principal outstanding. |
