MONEY TAKEN, CLINIC CLOSED WITHOUT INFORMATION
I had taken three services ( laser permanent hair removal, beauty packages and weight loss package) Worth Rs. 26,000/- from Dr. Healthesmithe, Saket Branch. Since 9the of Dec 2011, their clinic is closed and none of thee phones are answered. There are round 50 more customers like me, who are affected and whose money has been taken by Dr. Healthesmithe. They are neither opening their clinic, nor providing any information that they will open thee clinic at a certain date. I am told by one of their staff that they have invested thee money collected from their customer in some personal projects. Now they do not have funds to pay Rental, electricity bill, staff salaries or even laundry bill. Their manager Shweta disappeared in thee last week of Nov 2011. Soon after that their owner Tahira and her husband vanished. Some people say they have run withe thee money to Manipur. Can Client Complaints help me to get my money back from therm. Thank you. |
