DTC DRIVER's RUDE BEHAVIOUR

Refers to DTC bus service on route - PALAM VIHAR (GURGAON) TO SHIVAJI STADIUM (BUS No-8153, Low Floor CNG Bus). I and other residents of Palam Vihar have been boarding this bus and getting down at UDyog Bhawan for past so many years. Oflate, DTC changed its fleet and introduced low floor CNG bus on this route. On Monday, 23-08-10, I boarded it in the morning around 8.15 a.m .While getting down at Udyog Bhawan stop, as usual, the driver (SardarJi)did not open the gates. On asking he replied there is no stop. On contesting this, he started arguing and started verbal abuse and daring me not allowing to get down at Udyog Bhawan. I even requested to let the gate open at as it was already raining and was late. To which he did not and dared me to come next day with similar consequences. On 26-8-10, I was standing at P.V bus stop as usual and waived at the bus to stop in the morning as usual but he did not stop the bus. In the meantime, I had lodged complaint on DTC complaint cell No-9582948924, where I was told to tell the driver that there has not been any change in bus stops due to change in its fleet. Thus, on 26-8-10, immediately at 8.15 am I lodget the complaint for non-stoppage of bus (complaint No-868). on 27-8-10, I specially went to the point from where the bus starts & informed politely about information conveyed by DTC traffic Cell (Scindia House) He did not listen ang again started arguing and confirming that bus will not stop at either place , i>e from where I board & where I get down and challanged me to make his complaint. To add to thiS, the bus changed its mormal route on its own and he stopped and opened the gate to let the passengers (His known one) get down at 4-5 places where there is no BUS STOP in DELHI and enen at some traffic signal.

I boarded from INA in DTC bus (old one) route No 569 (Bus No DL 1P 5006)- Safdarjung Terminal to Premnagar which started around 5.30 P.M.on 17.9.10 from Safardjung Terminal. I was to get down at RR Line stop. The driver denied to stop saying, "yeh koi stop nahi hair". I told him bhai, "I am availing the service for last four years, it is a proper bus stop." Even then the driver did not stop at the stop in spite of my repeated requests. Around one KM ahead of bus stop, he slowed down the bus after repeated requests so that I could get down but before I could get down and stand proper only on my feet he speeded up the bus. As a result I rolled on the road and had narrow escape to be run over under the rear wheel. I got scratch on my right shoulder and had other minor internal injuries. Then he applied sudden brakes. Immediately I re-boarded the bus and shouted at the driver, " I am alive with the grace of God otherwise you could had taken my life." When I tried to note down the bus No., he further ,yelled saying go, do whatever you feel like, nothing is going to happen."
May I request to the authorities concerned to take stern action against the driver, under the section "Attemp to murder" and rude behaviour with the passenger.

May I have a confirmation of this on my email.

Sir i take a bus DL 1PC 7509 from noida sector 37 to badarpur border.When i went to take ticket,condutor take the tiket amount from me and said me to sit down near his seat and did not give me ticket,when i asked him for ticket then he replied sit here and if ticket were checked by TT then he will manage it or give me ticket.this happened with me 2 to 3 time and on same route another bus is DL 1PC 7542.

Complain- Driver did not stop at Dwarka Mor Metro Stn
despite many signals, two passanger runs upto red light to catch the bus.
Conductor Reply - What can I do if driver does not stop. Does not provide complaint book.
Driver's reply- There is no stopage at Dwarka Mor Metro Stn.
Request- Please educate Driver & Conductor.

DTC aapne aap ko delhi k leye best samjhte but yo hai nahe kave bus wale rokte nahe to kave cond. Batmeji karte hai , n to un k ticket ka koe fanda hai chahe aap kave to 5-6 stand k 5 rupe. K ticket hai or kave sirf 2 stand k 5 rupe dene parte hai..... En bus se sahe the blu line kam se kam un k kuch rule to the jin he yo mante to the..... Dilhi ki jan nahe jan lane wale bando ko shuk nahe dukh dene wale bus hai DTC...... India govt. Ne logo ko or paresan kar deya hai ye new bus lonch kar ke.... M kaye state m gaya hu but yase bakar or bakwas service kahe nahe dakhe..

This is to bring to your kind notice that on 27/02/2013 at 6:15 P.M, the driver of DTC Bus No. 611(AC) (DL 1P C 3260) of SN DEPOT which is started from RK PURAM to MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3 (Route No.611) is habitual to misbehaving with the passengers and does not perform his duty in a perfect manner. He usually absuses the passengers if they advise him to perform his job correctly, he left his seat and enter in bus for broil and used abuse words (like aukaat and other) to the passengers. He refused to start the bus from rk puram whatever the bus already getting late 20 mins, the passengers were in trouble bcz of his decision and the passengers complain to time keeper of RK Puram sec.-1 , he was also favor to his driver and he decided to not send the bus at time. He does not properly halt the bus at the halting stations and makes public board/deboard the bus while moving which can cause serious kind of injury to the passengers. In order to save the paramount standards and higher credibility of DTC. This is necessary to take appropriate punitive action against such delinquent employees who are continuously degrading the high prestige of the DTC.

Submitted necessary action in the public interest against the above bus driver and conductor

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the driver of the DTC Bus No. DL1P C 7208, which runs from ISBT to NOIDA (Route No.347, 2:00 pm afternoon shift) is habitual of not stopping at DARYA GANJ Bus Stop despite the presence of multiple ladies and elderly people waiting at the stop. He never pays any heed to the obvious hand gestures shown by us in this scorching afternoon heat and zips off at the maximum possible speed.

I am a 58 year old lady and would like to report this unacceptable everyday behavior. Today (09/04/2013 at 2:00 P.M) I could manage to get into this bus by taking a different bus till the next red light and switching buses there. However, I was startled and disappointed by the unacceptable behavior of the driver and conductor who were unapologetic about the whole affair and refused to give me the complaint book when asked.

DTC serves to help people but such drivers have started treating it as their private property with absolutely no interest in the end public who are left helpless and frustrated on the road. As a responsible Indian citizen I deem it as my duty to report this incident and seek an action over the same.

My sincere request to the authorities to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate actions, in order to help the general public and deliver the quality that DTC promises.

MISBEHAVING BY DRIVER

Bus is not stop properly on bus stand (bus was in running condition).



Finally I take a bus for mahipal pur village to mahipal pur mata chowk, I say to driver please change air-condition temperature from lowest to medium he told me



1 . Ye to aise hi chalega.

2. tu chale le is AC ko.

3. dimag kharab mat kar mera, samajh gaya.

4. abhi is gaddi ko flyover ke uppar khadi kar deta hu tab pata chalega.

5. mere sasure jo tere mann me aaye wo kar liyo.

6. saale tu kya faansi tudwa dega mujhe.

This side Tarun from Laxmi Nagar. I want to register a complain agaist bus driver of DL 1PC8017 (NOD)of route No.347. Yesterday i.e.9-8-2013 @ 12:10 when i went to GIP mall for a business meeting this bus driver jumped the red lite nd try to hit my car. When i said bhai dekh k chala le to he said chL be chal aage bda.... Aage se hat ja wrna udda dunga...
When i said m goint to complain agaist authority then he stats mis behave vd me nd my female frend nd use vulger language vd gandi gaali nd said ja kr de jis bhen***d se krni hai. Mai b dekhu kaun mera kya ukhaad lega.. nd finally he said dekh lunga tujhe saale..


So its my humble req to auth. to take some strict action against the sake of DTC.
And plz inform me the same...

If not possible then tell me clearly m going to complain in any other way...
