DTDC misplaced my doc
Hi my Name is Abhishek Amarnath, I have booked one doc from Guwahati to Lucknow through DTDC courier Guwahati on 22 Sep 2011. At the time of booking Guwahati DTDC committed me to deliver that Doc to Lucknow by 24th Sep 2011. But till date nothing has reached. From last 5 days I am doing the follow-up with DTDC.
Correspondence with DTDC is given below. Sorry to say But DTDC people are good for nothing.

Your Lucknow team is good for nothing, After my last mail Mr. Chandan called me & informed, He got my doc & same will be delivered to me by 02:00 Pm. But till this time nothing has came.

Today your Lucknow executive Mr. Chandan clearly told me that, he is not able to track my Doc. Now you pls. revert what should I do ?
Should I File a legal case against DTDC or Should I share this whole correspondence on Web.
Expecting a meaning full reply from you instead of diplomatic reply.

Subject Poor Service of DTDC in India.
Hi,
I am Abhishek Amarnath from Lucknow India, Unfortunately I have booked one doc with DTDC on 22nd September, vide the DTDC shipment no K50622117, it was for Lucknow from Guwahati. But pained to say that it is not delivered yet.
From past four days I am doing the follow-up with Lucknow Customer Care Executive on Tele no. 0522-39118141. As per them by mistake this doc has missed shooted to Faizabad, Instead of delivering at Faizabad Road in Lucknow. Pls. help me in getting my doc back.
