Dear Sir,
My Name is Anil Chadalavada (Advocate) Barclaycard No. 4339 4840 5982 6685 had informed by your credit card division to close my Personal Loan and asked me to clear the balance dues. You had promised that you will send me promo code for Kingfisher Air ticket one way any where in India.
But it was in vain. My mobile No. 9908699666 and my personal e-mail id anil.c2525999@gmail.com. I haven’t received any SMS from your end. I had contacted the customer care centre for a reasonable no of times but the problem did not get resolved. Will you please look into the matter and get back to me immediately so as to enable me to avail the privilege.
