This is to complain you about the recharge of my account of the no. 9871468248 with Rs.200. around 4 PM on 12/04/2011. Sir, I got my A/C recharged for Rs.200 through e-recharge system for the normal talk time as usual but it was recharged for some other scheme called some what 3G service about which I was unaware because I did not have any kind of information from Airtel people till the moment I got my A/C recharged. Talking to the customer care, suddenly I came to know that my account has been recharged for 3G service which is totally useless for me as I don’t have such kind of feature in my mobile phone set. The customer care has refused to convert the scheme into normal talk time scheme. Therefore I am here to write you to please convert the recharged plan into normal talk time plan.  Hoping for the positive reply.  Thanking you,  P.K.                  <description>I Have DELL Inspiron 560I Desktop, last few days i am facing USB Ports Problem in my PC. USB Ports Not Working some times. in this regards, we discussed with DELL Toll free-18004254002 and spoke with co-ordinators they asked us to run the Diagnostics tolls, we did it and its shows no problem and they are saying that its not hardware issue.  This machine came with DOS Operating System, We have loaded Microsoft Windows 7 Professional edition 32 Bit Legal Operating system. Dell Cordinator Suggested us to Flash Version and we flashed the BIOS Version, Reinstalled the OS for 3 Times again we are facing the same problem.  When we spoke to DELL Toll free they are saying that its Operating system problem,and using 3rd party sofwares hence DELL will not support in this regards.   Machine is Under Warranty (On-Site / Within City) but ther are asking to pay the amount of Rs.1250/- for on site Visit to rectify this issue.  We have faced this kind of problems several times from DELL</description>

                 <description> To: The Accounts Officer, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd, Nerul Exchange, Navi Mumbai.  Sub:	Request to waive and delete the charges covered under broadband limited plan of Rs.49/- under Your Bill for the month of Oct-Nov 10 / Telephone No.27727021.  Dear Sir/Madam,  This has with reference to the subject, I am surprised to receive your bill for the month of Oct – Nov 10 for Rs.5,860/-. The above Triband connection has been put up on my above telephone only on 18th Nov.’10. which is after the launching of your Triband Combo Plan of Rs.495/-.  My Registration for the broadband connection has been recorded in your system in some where March 10, for Broadband limited plan of Rs.49/- through your Call Centre. I was lodging my application on the same day of installation of triband for conversion of said plan in to Triband Combo Plan of Rs.496/-. MTNL did not bother to receive my said application and assured me to change after a month time. When I visited after a month time I have been heard that I have to pay the month bill of Oct – Nov ’10 first, then only it can be changed in the system, unless and until it will not be changed. Then any how the staff concerned got me the work order for Combo Plan under No.13408 dated 23/12/10.  I am not aware of the said Broadband limited plan of Rs.49/-. As per my understanding every limited plans should run for the limited period only. Likewise if did not pay telephone bill on the due date it takes disconnected later. Moreover, I did not issued any Work Order for the said Limited Plan of Rs.49/-.  It is my earnest request you to kindly waive and delete the huge charges charged in my bill of Oct, Nov &amp; Dec ’10 of Rs.5,860/- which is covered under the said limited plan of Rs.49/- or else you may kindly disconnect the above triband and settle the mater once for all.  Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to lack of knowledge.  Thanking you,  Poojary S.
