Authorized dealer of SONY / breach of trust / sold old camera on display

On 13/12/2010 I recived 16GB spypen video/audio recorder+pendrive & I paid rs 1795 my order no. is 1070500 but when I opened it was defective & writing instrument was not working . I complained immediatly but it is 140 days gone till now not resolved. I think it is totaly fraud company... |

Seeling duplicate branded products like camera
Big Bazaar is selling duplicate branded cameras. Please be careful when buying products from them. They sell duplicate products at original cost and then don't refund or answer calls. They are a very unprofessional company with the customer service department only existing for namesake.
