                 <description>I have booked one Sony Cybershot DSC-H70 16MP Digital Camera with Timtara.com (Infosecure Consulting Private Limited) through internet with the Order details:Order Id-10087763, Order Date-19th Feb 2012 03:48 pm, Order No-10194019, Order Amount-Rs.9300.Timtara.com had to ship the booked item within 10-15 working days, however they are failed to do the same till date i.e. 18th March 2012. Whenever i try to call on their customer care No. 033-40166500, most of the time they do not attend the Phone, when some time attend the phone, they only make excuses and never ship the item. I called one of their representative Mr. Raja on his mobile No. 9899035527, he never attend the phone, when some time attend the phone,he shows a same attitude &amp; excuses, which shows their intention to cheat/fraud the online buyer . Ltd.,D-19/1,okhla phase-1,new delhi-20 and job sheet no.Mld2901 date-29/04/2011 and token no.01,they replied me that sum parts of this product may be changed and we give you back after repairing with in a week.  After a week I call at service center no.011-40772221 but they said this camera is not repairable we give you another camera or cost of this camera .But after that I have no receive any camera nor cost of above mention camera and not any response from service center.  Now please tell me what should I do.Please reply me soon.</description>

                 <description>I bought SONY Cybershot camera TX9 model from one of the leading authorized dealer of SONY in South Delhi. I requested them of a new piece. They took advance and asked me to come after 2 hours. During this, they packed the camera on display nicely and called me for delivery.  Now, after coming to know the DATE OF SALE by SONY to the dealer (date had 6 months before delivery to me, marked on the packing which I missed while taking delivery), I have been requesting SONY to give me sale details but SONY appears to be shielding their partner, who in turn is adamant.  Although I am a member of consumer forum but suffering only due to the fact that I had believed on a partner of International brand like SONY. Now I am no-more using the camera and would be taking this matter to the consumer court for the breach of trust.  This I am posting just for the sake of other fellow consumers so that they take utmost care while dealing with the sale-outlets, even if they are partner of multinational.</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir/Madam  I have been a very loyal customer to Sony, I own two cyber shot dgital camera, one Bravia and 2 Sony Wega, and I was totally satisfied with the products and services until this happened with me…….And this is really frustrating.  Recently(may be a month back) I bought a Sony Cybershot w510 from Tata Croma showroom and everything looked good with the camera,   But after may be a week later, I started getting blur pictures. 90 percent of the pictures taken are blur, even in Blur Reduction Mode, and other problem is most of the time when I turn off the camera, shutter remains half opened, or full opened,   So I took the camera back to Tata Croma and those people tried to send it to a Sony Service center but as per tata croma Sony service centre denied accepting camera as they didn’t find any fault with camera.  So after a week later, on 09th april I took camera to Rajouri Garden Sony Service Centre(Ace Electronics) and I showed all the blur pictures to technician, and I also showed him the opened shutter. Technician also took snaps and some of them were blur, but technician said its normal and happens sometimes. But please understand, it is happening 90 percent of the time.  As far as shutter problem is concerned he said there was some dirt so he cleaned it and said issue is fixed.  So I came home with camera and I find the same issue still on camera, shutter still remains opened most of the time and pictures are blur.  So now I am totally frustrated and confused and don’t know what to do, I never expected this kind of Service from Sony.  And let me also clarify that, I have 2 other Sony cameras which is 7 Megapixel but still I never had any issue with those, so please don’t try to say that I don’t know how to take a snap.  So, my final request to you is please give me my money back as I can’t keep running to service centers, because I work from Monday to Saturday, and don’t want any more troubleshooting.  sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com   Regards Uday Kumar </description>

                 <title>Atrocious response from the dealer</title>

                 <description>I had ordered iCam 16 Digital Handtcam vide Order No. OC 2570621 and subsequent complaint No. 602731_167 registered on 07 Mar 2011 through their customer care no. 18602335786 by one Mr. Vijay.  I had ordered for iCam 16 digital video camera vide Order No. OC 2570621 and it was delivered to me on 05 Mar 2011 through Speed Post. On receiving the product I opened the package and at the outset I read your manual thoroughly. Then, I inserted the battery as indicated in the manual and switched on the camera, but nothing happened. I presumed the battery was not charged, hence I plugged in the charger provided and switched it on. There were no indication lights that switched on as given in the manual. However, I still let the charger on for charging the battery, for a few hours. Still nothing happened. Neither were any indicator lights switched on, or the camera was switched on (after removing the charger).  Since, it was already Saturday night and I had no option but to get in touch with TVC Skyshop only on Monday afternoon (since their toll free no. does not accept any complaint before 1 PM). I lodged a complaint on your toll free number 18602335786 at 2:40 PM on 07 Mar 2011 to one Mr. Vijay. He provided me with a complaint no. 602731_167 and assured me that my camera would be replaced within 7days by the company and that I should wait. He told me to hand over my camera to the person, who would come with the replacement.  In between, I did call up, just to confirm if the camera was indeed despatched, but I was assured that it would be despatched soon. However, when there was no response from their side till the 17th of March, I called up again and spoke to one Ms. Swati. She told me that there was a new process in place and that I should send the faulty camera to the above mentioned address on Mira Road by courier. Though, I was not happy with the kind of response I was getting from your office, I did send the camera to their Mira Road office, by DTDC Courier company vide Airway Bill No. 31317337. I also have the “Proof of Delivery” copy from the Courier Company that it was delivered to your office on 19 Mar 2011.  After that I called again on 24 Mar 2011 and spoke to one Mr. Chetan, who assured me that my camera would arrive at my location by 25th of March. Today, it is 29th of March 2011 and still there is no sign of the camera having even been despatched to me.  I therefore, wish to warn all you buyers from TVC Skyshop through this complaint that do nat get carried away by this site. DO NOT buy anything from them as you would only get frustration. I have no other option than to file a case through consumer court, which I will soon. Please be warned.  Thanks and regards. </description>

They sell duplicate products at original cost and then don't refund or answer calls. They are a very unprofessional company with the customer service department only existing for namesake.   They are cheating every Indian customer by deliberatley selling products of lower quality at higher prices. Be careful when you buy from them as when you go back to them they will not answer your calls or emails. They only want to cheat customers so naturally when they sell duplicate products they will not answer or reply to you after that.    </description>

I requested them to put the manager on line but they are refusing to put the manager on line. since last 3 months i might have called them at least 15 times and just think my STD Bills and the mental torture this company is giving to me. In sep.,2010 its power system got faulty and I submitted it to the nearest service center Advance Electronics, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. As it was under warranty and they assured me to repair it within a week but after making several requests I finally got it after one month. Anyways when I checked it at home the flash was nt working. I again approached to the same service center on 6th Nov,10 and they again told me to collect the camera after 8-10 days. Anyhow I got the same after about 20 days and as i captured some videos and pictures I found that pictures were ok but there is no sound in videos captured thereof. I m really very disappointed the way that service center is doing there job. And now I ll never suggest anybody to purchase Sony brand. So poor service network of SONY is really disappointing.</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir / Madam.  I the undersign Mr. Abid Raza Burney, would like to bring to your notice the very disturbing matter. I am highly disappointed with the response and working of your organization. To my surprise and concern there are numerous defaults irregularities.  The malfunctioning of your organization and as well as the dealers concerned for the supply of the product are misleading. It is intentional and purposely that is what I believe.  Your customer care desk is not of any help. The information required is neither accurate nor proper to the satisfaction of the customer.  I would also like to bring to your notice that your organization is undergoing adverse publicity. People are having deep reservation about your organization which is very disturbing. It is creating bad reputation and people are loosing faith and trust in your organization. I request you to please take immediate note of it and gain confidence of the customer it’s a must and need of the hour.  I have missed two great events and function due the delay of in receiving of the material order. After receiving the order I have noticed that the material is wrongly delivered but the packing list say different the material.   In this case it is wrong on the part of the dealer who has not supplied the requisite material at the same time HOMESHOP18 did not bother to verify the content is the same as the packing list. After charging f0r 3 hours with the laptop through USB port, the spy pen did not record more than 05 minutes clip and in-built battery was completely down since no light came after pressing the on/0ff button. The device was recharged as directed through the CD. However, situation did not improve and remained as earlier. Then the complaint was lodged with naaptol at their mobile cell nos. 09223526148 and 09223516148 in the month of June 2010. The spy pen device, as adviced by naaptol, was couriered on 07/06/2010 to Marco Enterprises, Room No. 24/25, Second Floor, Ripon Building, Jamshedji Petit Marg, Balram Street, Grand Road East, Mumbai-400007. The spy pen was received back by me on 21/06/2010. This time the info CD received was blank with no product support guidelines. Once again with fully charged batteries, the device was unable to record for more than 15 minutes clip. On advice from naaptol, the spy pen device has been re-couriered to Marco Enterprises on 15/07/2010. I, be resupplied with fully functional 16 GB spy pen with full guarantee of 3 months from the date I receive back now siitynce the device has to work through its slated capacity in the first place. In case the supplier is unable to provide the right material, full charges of Rs 1749.00 be returned through local cheque/DD.</description>

                 <description>I want a new set of camera to be replaced.Since my present camera has gone for 3 times to the service center for repair.I am not at all happy so pls change my camera.   REQUEST YOU TO READ THE DETAILS FULLY WITH PATIENCE   This is to inform you that I am not at all happy with the service provided by your company.   On 25/01/2009 I bought a Model number L201 Samsung Camera from Mumbai. After using it for very few months, one day the camera power went off. I took the camera to the service center in Goa.After investigating I was told the battery life has gone and I replaced it with a new battery by paying some amount.   Just after 14 Day's again the power supply stopped. The same was given to the service center in Goa again &amp; after checking the set it was told to me that the Mother board is not functioning. The camera was sent to the Pune service center. Believe me it took more than a month for the camera to get repaired. When I got the camera back I my hand the color of my camera was different, when I enquired about the same I was told the entire outer panel was changed as there were some more problem's identified in the camera apart from the Mother board.   I used the camera for 5-6 day's and again I reported a problem with the picture clarity&amp; Zoom in, Zoom out. As those day's I was in a official trip to Chennai I gave the camera to the service center in Chennai, the camera was with them for more than 25 day's nothing was done to it&amp; at the end I had to ask my camera back as my Official trip was getting over. I reached Goa and the same was reported to Goa service center on 4/05/2010 7 the camera was handed over to them. After waiting for a month I called the service center I was told it will take some more time for repair because the part in coming from Delhi.   I called up your Delhi based head office in the month of June and filed a complaint at last my complaint number is 8411076080. It was promised to me by your Delhi office that 25th June the camera will be handed over to me, but they never kept their promise unfortunately. After 100 reminders and phone calls from my side at last they told me today morning i.e. on 9th July 2010 that my camera is ready.    I had hardly used my camera for clicking photos because most of the time it was with your service center for some Fault.   My request to your company please replaces my camera with a new set. As I really lost trust on the camera &amp; as well as on your service center, because every time I receive my camera from you r service center, just after few day's I see a new complain/problem. I am not collecting my camera from your service center until and unless it is replaced with a new set .I don’t have time to Run to your service center every time, I have lot of other things to do for me.   At last again I am requesting you to Change my set since it has been repaired 3 times, I had seriously lost faith on your service.   </description>
