Dinning Plus Card
Dear Sir
offered some benefits over telephone having learned my ICICI bank credit card.
Suddenly after two days on 11.04.2012 I found that they have charge
of rs. 5499/- In my card. Immediately I rang up the helpline and
instructed to block my card and not to pay the amount. I had also lodged a
complaint by email on 27.04.2012. I still find that the amount stands
outstanding still in my card. I will approach the ombudsmen in due course.
After sending so many mails they had not responded.
Please do the needful and oblige.
