                 <description>Sir/Mam,  I am very much surprised just to see, there are no atiquates or no talking manners to the doctor of Tanda Medical College.. Shame on that doctor who is spoiling the reputation &amp; name of other doctors too.. Dr. Rekha Bansal, Assistant Professor, Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Dr. R.P. Government Medical College, Kangra at Tanda, she is so proudy &amp; has no manners or talking sense with the patients.. Dr. Rekha thinks she is the God of that hospital but let us remind you, you are also a human &amp; treat your patients in professional way.. You are being paid for this.. While talking it seems we are talking to an illiterate person who does not know how to speak.. Take admission in manners school, you need it a lot...   Regards, Surbhi</description>

                 <title>Uncaring and unprofessional</title>

                 <description>Having to wait for at least an hour for my appointment was the least of my problems.  This open complaint is about my former doctor, dr akbar from the balham health centra practice on bedfordhill road, balham. sw12/  I have found her uncaring, unprofesional and she never listened to any of my needs or basic requests.   I did make a complaint to the practice manager, donavan who i found did not take my complaint seriously. i also felt he may be intimidated by dr akbar who can be intimidating.  I would only recommend this dr akbar to my worst enemies.</description>

                 <description>To,  Director, ESI Medical dipensary, Silampur, New Delhi  Dear Sir,  I am Ajay Kumar from UBS Publishes' Distributors Pvt. Ltd., Daryaganj, New Delhi and my ESI numberis 1103617706. Today, I have to go Silampur  ESI dispensary at 8.20 A.M. for blood pressure checking. But at that time  server is down, so that's why i am waiting for some time. Near about 9.00 A.M. server is running properly and my blood pressure has been checked by  ESI doctor.After checking my blood pressure, doctor refer to another lady  doctor for collect the report and medicine in room no. 2. So, i have to go room no.2 age aprox. 50 yers to meet lady doctor for collect the report and medicine. But at  that time, lady doctor is taking tea and saying me for wait sometime. I have requested to lady doctor to given my report and medicine because i am late for  my office. But lady doctor does not listening for my request and misbehavior with me and also called the security guard of ESI dispensary and saying him to taken  me otside the ESI diapensary.So, that's why, i am requested to you to taken the action against this lady doctor (i don't know her name because she does not disclose her name).Note Please cheque my record once &amp; two times cheque my proper problem in health.                  <title>MIOT Hospital - Criminal Hospital</title>

                 <description>I'm from Bangalore &amp; my brother had stone formation in his kidney. We had admitted him in MIOT hospital with some one's advice. The doctors put him in ICU from the word go &amp; asked us to deposit CASHHHH!!!! and they did all relevant &amp; irrelevant tests ( more than dozen) and informed us to deposit more CASHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! informed us that he needs immediate surgery or ele he would loos kidney ( which is not the fact) and my family members panicked &amp; deposited CASH!!! as per thier CASH forecast ESTIMATED EXPENSES WHICH IS DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF REQUIREMENT!!!  They performed surgery at 2pm and they did allow us to see him for next 25 Hours &amp; when we enquired with staff we were told that it is MIOT hospital internal policy. The ICU is worst than Government run general wards.  My sincere advice, please do not go to MIOT ( Mean, Idiotic, Operation Theate)   </description>

                 <description>Paresh chandra Mandal IP no;-IPC2.0047571 was admitted to AMRI on 29th/Jul/2011 17.59.02 under Dr. S.K.Todi.The microbiology report(order no:-460490/460815) states that culture shows growth of Acinetobacter Baumanni which is resistant to antibiotics like Pipercillin-Tazobactum(Zosyn) and Meropenem(Merocide).Zosyn was administered since 30/7 to 2/8 and Merocide was administered since 3/8 to 7/8.I am at my wits end to see how medicines resistant to my father were administered to treat Acinetobacter for eight days.Tigecycline(Zutig) was administered when the patient was on the verge of death.</description>

I was not the only customer made to sit but another low budget customer was also complaining the same. date of purchase of the deal 25/06/2011 it was for hair rejuvenation therapy. The doctor discriminating on basis of money savitha Khaitan Neither sosasta nor Richfeel is willing to refund the money.  </description>

                 <description>My daughter suffering from Thalassaemia since 3months of her age and under transfusion since then has undergone Bone Marrow Transplant at Vellore where they have taken advance of 8lacs before admission to BMTU expecting that trained and experienced doctors will be present 24hrs in that unit.Only once we could meet the consultant of Haematology Dr.Biju who simply told of the mortality 15% and "things might go right anytime and things may go wrong anytime" without discussing the Class of our daughter or how much marrow would be taken from the donor her brother 2yrs old.Most of the things are managed by the sisters there.To our satisfaction when we made the query whether all complications manageable or treatable the reply was positive because her age is less than 5yrs.Before ENT Dept. gives the clearance they fix up the date for admisssion when her medicine is going on.Nothing wilrapyl happen is their curt reply even if medicine goes on.An operation for Hickman Catheter was done for about 3-4hrs after which she was given to bed.Then they take her to BMTU after 4days and start chemotherapy without knowing her class till then.After 2days when the doctors start discussing her class to be class-3(on Lucarelli features) the mortality rate increases to 45-55% .With such high risk they do the transplant and then when her non-infectious pulmonary complications started the BMTU transfer her to an unsterilized unit called PICU where doctors are untrained and inexperienced looking after so many critical patients with high rates of mortality.Anybody will fear to enter that ward.And Doctor's round or meeting with doctors does not give any comprehensive approach of understanding what has actually happened to the patient.The nurses are the untrained staffs over there on whom the whole day medicinal activities take place.Even the so-called doctors of PICU are so untrained in handling the POST BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT COMPLICATIONS that they even shake before the patient-party in withdrawing blood or fix up a transfusion packed RBC.They could not even understand that she would undergo Cerebral attack as she was complaining of constant pain in head and neck.And ultimately with lots of complications she has passed away which we now say as it was her fate. BUT NOW I HAVE SOME QUERIES.  1)In the death summary of my daughter it is written that 220ml of bone marrow has been given to her.While in the discharge summary of the donor it is written as the 201ml of bone marrow has been extracted.And the packet that contained the marrow was written 240ml which is seen by my eyes and for which I don't have any proof.WHICH IS CORRECT? 2)WHY WAS THE TRANSPLANT DONE BY THE DOCTORS WITHOUT LETTING THE PARENTS KNOW ABOUT HER CLASS? 3)HOW COME THEY START CHEMOTHERAPY BEFORE KNOWING THE CLASS WHEN THEY KNOW VERY WELL THAT CLASS-1 HAS 5-10% MORTALITY,CLASS-2 HAS AN INCREASED 20-25% MORTALITY AND CLASS-3 HAS AN INCREASED 45-55% MORTALITY RATE? 3)WHY WON'T THERE BE ANY EXPERIENCED DOCTORS THROUGHOUT THE DAY IN THE BMTU/PICU WHEN THEY ARE CHARGING 8LACS AS ADVANCE FOR THE TREATMENT WHICH IS VERY LIKELY TO INCREASE TO 10LACS OR MORE ACCORDING TO THE NATURE OF COMPLICATIONS?  </description>

                 <description>************WARNING**************** Iam posting this complaint with public interest :  PLS DON’T TRY Chitra’s ENT Chennai.  Dr. Ch. Krishnaiah is a fake doctor. He is money minded and never cares about the patients. Let me tell you my real time incident, Last week my mother was suffering from ear pain I took her to this doctor, he just looked into her ears and said we need to operate as soon as possible. He haven’t even cleaned her ears and simply said we need to operate. My mother asked him what will be the cost if we go for operation he said, It will cost Rs.52,000 since my mother is a diabetes he said he needs one more doctor for guidance during operation, for that we need to pay extra Rs.8,000. So total we need to pay Rs.60,000 for operation. My mother was unable to tolerate the pain but still she asked ‘pls doctor can you reduce some money as we are from poor back ground’ for that doctor said “In today’s market the land prices are going up like anything if we give discounts for all patients how can we buy land and improve our wealth” . I was shocked after hearing this from the doctor he posted himself as gold medalist and did lot of surgeries in his career but look at the way he is bribing money from patients . Since we were not offered to pay such a huge bribe amount to Chitra’s ENT, I took my mom to KMCH Coimbatore for further treatment. There we met ENT chief Doctor. After seeing my mom’s ear Doctor said like we should clean her ears as lot of dust formed inside and possibility of fungus infection. There is no need of operation, it’s a minor issue if we clean her ears she will be perfectly alright; she added. We spend Rs 2,000 (Including medicines) for 3 weeks treatment in KMCH and my mom is perfectly fine now. We heartfully thanked that chief doctor who honestly saved my mother life. For me she is the “LIVING GOD” .  We know how hard we struggle every day to gain money for our livihood but Doctors like Dr. Ch. Krishnaiah are living in our society to loot money from us in the name of clinic.   Who gave gold medal for these kind of doctors ? I still can’t believe and digest.   Please beware don’t lose your precious money with these type of doctors stay away from them.                  <title>ULTIMATE NEGLIGENCE IN TREATMENT TO EARN MORE PUTTING A GIRL IN CRITICAL SITUATION</title>

                 <description>SUB: ULTIMATE NEGLIGENCE &amp; WRONG DIAGNOSIS BY THE DOCTORS OF AMRI-HOSPITAL-DHAKURIA  ACCOMPANIED BY WORST SERVICE BY HOSPITAL TO EARN MORE MONEY PUTTING A 12 YEARS GIRL IN  ABSOLUTE CRITICAL STAGE - KNOWING ALL THINGS WHAT WORST CAN HAPPEN TO PATIENT.	  I would like to let you know that my daughter Ms. Poulami Chatterjee of 12 years was admitted on	 07.07.2010 at AMRI Hospital- Dhakuria with vomitting and pain in abdomen.	  I contacted over phone regarding the availability of the bed but I was replied that no bed available	 thereafter I contacted Dr.Raja Roy ( as he treated my father once) soon after his request they assured that they	 will arrange one bed	 1. We reached over there in EMERGENCY around 17:15hrs. to get admitted but immediately no one attended	 however one of them checked after 15- 20 mins.and requested me to bring injection which are required to her	 I immediately brought those injections and they pushed and started IV fluid. Dr.RAJA ROY visited at that time	  2. After shifting the Dr.who was on duty in PAED.Ward checked and called specialist Padaetrician and at the  same time they had taken blood for various test required to identify the source the report was intimated  WITH MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE WAS WAITING OUTSIDE THE ROOM FOR USG. SHE VOMMITTED IN FRONT	 OF THE USG ROOM BUT NO ONE WAS THERE TO TAKE CARE OF HER. SHE HAD TO WAIT AROUND ONE &amp;  HALF HOURS ALONE BEFORE WE REACHED THERE.TILL THEN NO ONE WAS THERE.	 My wife took her inside the USG Room here was also the person who drives the prop either semi skilled or	 unskilled. My daughter was facing severe pain in abdomen but the person rubbed the prob with ultimate  power. However the report came at 13:00 hrs vide their great impression SUGGESTED CLINICAL CORELATION	 AND FURTHER EVALUATION.	  4. After seeing the alarming report of infection and our vigorous chasing to apply antibiotics to control the	 infection ignoring all the things Doctors advised for CT SCAN of WHOLE ABDOMEN where as my daughter was  facing death agony BUT THEY ONLY WERE PUSHING PAIN KILLING INJECTION TRAMADOL WITHOUT  MAINTAINING THE DOSE PRESCRIBED FOR A GIRL OF 12 YEARS. NOT ONLY THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE  A SINGLE INJECTION OR SALAINE BOTTLE UNTIL WE BUY AND GIVE THEM. WHAT INHUMAN BEHAVIOUR.	  5. CT SCAN - THE SAME STORY - THEY DID NOT HAVE AMBULENCE TO SEND THE PATIENT IN THE NEW BLDG.	 SO MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR WE HAD TO WAIT TO REACH FOR CT SCAN. HOWEVER AFTER 2 OR 3 PATIENT	 MY DAUGHTER TURN CAME AND THEY CARRIED OUT THE CT SCAN. AS A FATHER I WANTED TO KNOW VERY  HUMBLY TO THE PERSON WHO WAS CARRYING OUT CT SCAN WHAT ACTUALLY HAD HAPPENED -HE RUDELY	 WITH A HARSH VOICE TOLD ME THERE IS HUGE PROBLEM IN UTERUS. HOW HE COULD COMMENT SUCH  IRRELEVENTLY WHICH PUT US IN MORE CRUCIAL STAGE AFTER HEARING THE COMMENT.  AS WE WERE NOT GETTING THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE PAIN IN ABDOMEN FROM THE DOCTORS.	  5. In the CT SCAN REPORT they wrongly DIAGNOSED . Doctors DID NOT GIVE US CLEAR VISION THOUGH IT	 WAS KNOWN TO THEM WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED ? IT WAS OUR HELPLESS CONDITION -  THE DOCTORS WERE PLANNED TO TRAP KEEPING PATIENT IN CRITICAL SITUATION. THEY WERE TELLING	 OPERATION NEEDED BUT WHAT OPERATION THEY DID NOT DISCLOSED TO US EVEN THEY FIXED THE DATE  &amp; TIME OF OPERATION WITHOUT OUR CONSENT WHICH WE CAME TO KNOW WHEN ONE LADY ANESTHETIST	 CAME TO DRAW BLOOD FOR OPERATION ON 09.07.2010 in evening. We requested her not to take the blood  for operation without consent as we already had taken the decision to shift the patient to other hospital	 she harshly told not to poke over their activities. WITHOUT OUR CONSENT SHE DREW BLOOD IN A CENTURIES  OLD MANNER . WHICH WE DON'T EVEN SEE IN LOCAL PATHOLOGICAL LABORATORY.	 THEY DREW BLOOD AND LEFT THE NEEDLE TO DROP BLOOD AND WERE COLLECTING IN A CONTAINER KEPT	 ON THE FLOOR. AT THAT TIME ANESTHETIST WAS CHATTING WITH THE OTHERS. - IS IT PROPER SERVICE?	  SEEING ALL THESE UNBELIEVABLE / UNFORESEEN / UNEXPECTED / INHUMAN ATTITUDE IN TREATMENT AS  WELL AS IN HOSPITALITY INSPITE OF TAKING ABSOLUTE HIGH CHARGE AND COMMITTED TO PROVIDE THE  SERVICE TO THE PATIENT, THEY DIDN'T DO. I TOOK DECISION TO SHIFT THE PATIENT TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL	 AFTER HEARING OUR PLAN ON 09.07.2010 EVENING THEY EVEN DID NOT EVEN CHECK THE IV FLUID ,MY WIFE	 WAS THERE AND REQUESTED TO STOP BUBBLE GOING THRU.CHANNEL. THEY SIMPLY IGNORED .	 THE Jr. Dr.JOSHI WHO WAS IN NIGHT DUTY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE MINIMUM PROPER TREATMENT REQUIRED  TO THE PATIENT WHO WAS SUFFERING FROM DEATH AGONY.	 THEY WERE JUST RELAXING AND WATCHING AND WARNING US ABOUT THE SHIFTMENT OF PATIENT	 ULTIMATELY WHEN I SIGNED THE BOND FOR SHIFTMENT HE FORCEFULLY COMPELLED ME TO WRITE THAT	 OWING TO FINANCIAL CRISIS I HAD TO SHIFT. AS I DID NOT AGREE WITH HIM ONE OF THE SISTER CAME  TO CARRY HIS ORDER AND TICKED THAT POINT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.	 POINTS OF NEGLEGENCE IN TREATMENT AND HOSPITALITY ::	  1	Why in emergency they didn't inject immediately after checking. My daughter had to wait until I  bought and brought injection and handed over to them.	 2	Why a patient of 12 YEARS GIRL who had vommitted huge and with pain in abdomen should have to	 wait in emergency for two and half hours where as the other patients who were in emergency were	 shifted within half an hour.	 3	Why inspite of getting the Blood Result on the same night (TLC 20600) they did not apply antibiotics	 inspite of our vigorous chasing.	 4	The next day when the Blood Report had shown TLC 27000 they didn't even take proper action	 5	The Doctors did not have coordination with each other -The Paediatrician Dr.Bikash Bhattacharya	 had written that LIGHT DIET TO PATIENT- when the food came and one spoon my daughter tried to	 put in mouth - The Gastro Dr.Abhijit Sarkar entered and told NPM. What a situation we faced.	 6	Why they were injecting pain killer MAGADOL without maintaining the minimum gap in between	 two injection to 12 YEARS GIRL.	 7	Why there was none while my daughter was sent for USG. We saw that she was sitting in the chair	 in front of USG room without any attendant. She vommitted in front of the door no one was there.	 8	The person who drove PROP in USG either unskilled or semi skilled as she was rubbing prop like  spading in the field.Doesn't have idea how to do to such a PATIENT suffering acute pain in abdomen.	 9	At the time of CT Scan again she had to wait for ambulence 46 mins.from old bldg. to new bldg.  after completion of CT SCAN I wanted to know from the person who was in scanning about the source  of pain .AS WE WERE IN COMPLETE DARK ABOUT THE SOURCE OF PAIN. That very person rudely  behaved and harshly said HUGE PROBLEM IN UTERUS.	 10	THE CT SCAN REPORT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG .	 11	THOUGH THE DOCTORS UNDERSTOOD THE SOURCE OF PAIN BUT ALL OF THEM DID NOT DISCLOSE	 TO US AND STARTED TO TRAP ME KEEPING THE PATIENT IN ABSOLUTE CRITICAL SITUATION	 THEY PRE PLANNED TO OPERATE AND TO MAKE A HUGE BILL - OVER TELEPHONE ON 09.10.2010	 AT NIGHT Dr.RAJA ROY TOLD - GO AND ACCUMULATE MONEY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM YOUR	 RELATIVES WELL WISHERS - BUT DID NOT TELL WHAT OPERATION IS REQUIRED - NOT ONLY THAT	 THEY FIXED OT ON 10.07.2010 IN MORNING WITHOUT OUR CONSENT -WITHOUT DISCUSSING US.	  12	ALL THE DOCTRS Dr.RAJA ROY, Dr.ABHIJIT SARKAR , Dr.BIKASH BHATTACHARYA MISLEADED ,  ILLTREATED , MISBEHAVED &amp; MISGUIDED . INSPITE OF PROPER TREATMENT THEY WERE VERY  MUCH BUSY TO EARN MORE MORE MONEY - PUTTING A 12 YEARS GIRL IN CRITICAL SITUATION.	  13	After hearing decision from the sisters Dr.BIKASH BHATTACHARYA TOLD MY WIFE ON 09.07.2010	 NIGHT THAT "IF WE SHIFT THE PATIENT TO PEERLESS HOSPITAL AND ADMIT UNDER HIM THEN	 HE WILL CURE THE PATIENT WITHOUT OPERATION "- being a helpless father I telephoned on the  same night and he replied the same. But when I told him that we should not go to Peerless then he	 wanted to know where we were shifting . I DID NOT TELL HIM THE NAME OF THE HOSPITAL  SO NEXT DAY IN MORNING BEFORE SEVEN HE CAME TO KNOW EARLY IN THE MORNING &amp; TO VISIT  THE PATIENT THOUGH HIS SCHEDULE TIME IN EVENING TO EARN THE FEES OF THAT VERY DAY.  WHAT A GREEDY DOCTOR ? NOT ONLY THAT AS SOON AS HE SAW THE PERSONS WHO CAME TO	 TAKE THE PATIENT FROM MEDICA SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL. HE CAME TO KNOW THE NAME  AFTER KNOWING THE NAME OF THE HOSPITAL HE IMMEDIATELY TELEPHONED TO EMERGENCY  OF MEDICA SUPERSPECIALIY HOSPITAL TO ADMIT THE PATIENT UNDER HIS NAME.WHICH WE CAME  TO KNOW AT MEDICA EMERGENCY ---THOUGH WE NEVER REQUESTED HIM TO TELEPHONE	 IS HE A DOCTOR OR A GOOD BROKER   WE WOULD REQUEST TO CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION ::	 BECAUSE ::::	  Dr.RAJA ROY,Dr.BIKASH BHATTACHARYA,Dr.ABHIJIT SARKAR WERE THE CONSPIRATORS TO EARN	 MORE MONEY PUTTING THE PATIENT IN ABSOLUTE CRITICAL SITUATION.	 AMRI HOSPITAL ADDED FUEL TO THE FIRE BY GIVING WRONG PATHOLOGICAL AND SCAN REPORTS	  POINTS TO BE NOTED	  1	In general for Appendix operation amount required Rs. 15000 to 20000 but I had to spent Rs.2 lacs	 owing to wrong diagnosis and treatment and intentional neglegence to earn more money.	  2	Due to ULTIMATE neglegence of the said Doctors inspite of a micro surgery LAPAROTOMY was  carried out for which education for one year loss amounting Rs. 1.03lacs( 25000+72000+6000)	  3	She will have to suffer post operation problem as long life harrassment for those Greedy Doctors.	  4	She had suffered acute agony for 48 hrs. anything could happen at that time as they not at all  monitored.                  <description>hi i m dharamvir s/o madanlal r/o village karira dist.mohindergarh,sir/madam 'm a badly shattered husband,father ,actually my wife got dead by treatment of illiterate doctor of CHC KANINA DR.ANIL KUMAR who is a medical officer there..on 17-01-2011 my wife got labour pains so i admitted her to CHC KANINA where after delivering my chid she had bleeding i personally informed DR.ANIL KUMAR many times where he is just busy with his phone when i beg him like a begger he went to my wife and started his experiments and when my wife died of his treatment he reffered her to some other hospital.sir/madam after my wifes death now his first need to cover up the case and he showed her anemic(hb-7.2gm%) his treatment also includes inj methergin which is absolutely contraindicated in anaemics but unfotunately he is not smart enough because DR.ANIL KUMAR has no knowledege of this that this inj methergin is absolutely contraindicated in anaemics and my wife was also registered at S/C KARIRA where her hb was 9.4,9.5 and 9gm% at every 3months of her pregnancy and that record was not changed till now SIR/MADAM these kind of illiterate doctors takes lives of many more if they treat patients..i request every body reading this to do something for a poor man like m having a mother less baby father</description>

                 <description>I feel more appalled than amused to bring this incident to your kind notice. I visited Dr. Bhatt’s Laboratory this afternoon for a cardiogram in connection with my proposed insurance with ICICI Prudential. I was shocked as I was taken to a dusty and a sickening storeroom instead of a proper lab for my cardiogram. I have had more than enough experiences with cardiograms so far to realize the oddness of this particular one because the ECG machine, which was being used, was completely outdated; so much so that I am quite sure it is incapable of giving an accurate reading. Not only that, the technician was not even qualified to test me because he was a Path lab technician with only cursory knowledge of cardiograms which showed when he put all the electrodes in one straight line on my chest instead of placing them at specific places for detection. What struck me the most was that after the procedure was over I was given a piece of newspaper to clean the gel off my chest. A piece of newspaper. When I asked him why, he said this is how it is done here. I doubt if my results would be actually interpreted by a real doctor or if they will simply have the compounder determine the results. There was no way to identify that the cardiogram was mine. All he said was that my name is on that piece of paper which is enough. This laboratory is supposedly an ISO registered facility providing superior medical care but when I spoke with Dr Rathod who was in charge , he said the lab does not get paid enough when a patient comes through an insurance agency. Therefore they are not really given much importance or priority. I have never had such an encounter in my life before and I have had many. Never have I seen such a shining example of inefficiency and neglect. It appeared as though the entire establishment and all the employees there were doing me a great favor by giving me some of their precious time. I think you can safely concur that I will never avail this laboratory’s services ever in my life. However I want your company to give this episode a serious thought because whether you are in the business of medical insurance or not such a brilliant display of deteriorated civic sense should not go unnoticed. I am hoping you will take necessary steps to stop such bizarre medical practices and take it up with higher management of your organization. Whether I take the insurance or not I would appreciate it if you follow up on this issue and keep me informed about the same.   I am also mailing a copy of this mail to Dr. Bhatt whose aim is “ to bring sophisticated investigation and quality services from metros to doorstep”.</description>

                 <description>COMPLAINT AGAINST Dr. POONAM JAIN (Child Specialist)  CIVIL HOSPITAL AMBALA CITY Sir,   My daughter Sneha five years old met with accident while cycling and became unconscious on 20/12/2009. I took her to Civil Hospital Ambala City, admitted her there, Dr, Poonam administered treatment, during the course of treatment she gave an injection, it reacted and caused heavy swelling and it turned blue instantly. On 22/12/2009 as the condition aggravated, referred her to PGI Chandigarh.  At PGI doctors advised us that hand of the child is to be imputed, because wrong treatment/injection has been given to her, this infection can spread to whole body. I brought the child back to Civil Hospital Ambala City, and the attending doctor operated the hand in the presence of CMO, by morning the condition further deteriorated.  When I enquired the reason for this precarious condition of hand of my daughter from CMO, doctors in attendance snubbed me and said such incident occur here daily. You can take your daughter elsewhere. I don’t the names of those doctors but I can recognize them. Immediately Media and Police reached the site and enquired from CMO, sensing the gravity of situation CMO accepted that the condition of hand is attributed to gross negligence of doctor here, and assured me verbally, the expenditure occurring on treatment hereafter will be reimbursed to you. On 23/12/2009, Dr. B.k. Sharma then CMO himself took the patient to PGI got her admitted there. Treatment continued for ten days. Again the Drs. at PGI advised us that hand is to be imputed. I shifted my daughter from PGI to Rajindra Hospital Patiala and till date she is undergoing treatment without any improvement.  Till date the assurance given by SMO has not been kept. Sir, I am poor laborer. The treatment is extremely expansive and I am fallen under debit trap, my earning is reduced to nil, now I find it difficult to meet both ends and bear the cost of this expensive prolonged treatment of my daughter. My family is under constant anxiety and tension.   Sir, due to the gross negligence of doctors of civil hospital, my child handicapped, and her future is in dark. The right hand fingers have lost sensation and chipped off. CMO or Dr. Poonam Jain has no remorse.  So, I request your honor, a legal action may be initiated against the CMO and Dr. Poonam Jain in law court and justice may be done to my daughter. I have no resources to take up the matter in law court. I need your kind help, care and attention to address the sorry state of affairs and injustice met to my innocent daughter at Govt. Hospital Ambala City.  As the child is too young to understand the future implications of this permanent disability, her future may be taken into consideration. The high profile strata of society is in a position to escape from their wrong doing by giving verbal assurances and manipulations of gullible guardians in the name of medical care at the cost of State Government.  I have already met Health Minister Geeta Bhukal at her residence and submitted my plight to her in past.
