Respected TRAI Authorities,

I am Senthil Raj running a Stock Broking Firm.

My Mobile no is 9842181543.(Tamil Nadu Circle).

I am Using the above number around 5 years from 2006.

I have given request for MNP on 29/01/2011 for PORT IN to Reliance CDMA from AirCel.

Last Saturday night(05/02/2011) around 11 pm my old Aircel no is disconnected.

But My Reliance Sim is not activated so far for the last 9 days.

I am faceing huge problems & losses Businesswise & personally.

Client contact & business deals are heavily affected.

I again mentioned that I AM USING THE NO FOR LAST 5 YEARS.

Now one side i am professionally affected & another side i am mentally disturbed in many ways.

So Kindly help me & take actions to clear the above issue sir.

Highly Expecting a immedieate action from your side sir.

My name is rahul and my mobile number is +919034968583 and this was tata docomo number which i convert to aircel to get local aircel to aircel free calling..

Issue: i recharged on my number 498 after confirming from customer care 121 they told me that this recharge is applicable for your portable number ..

and on 22 january 2011 i recherged 498 recharge and i haven't recived benefit of free calling but got
100 rs talktime ....

i called customer care many time they told this benefit will be transfer on ur number after raised the complaint bcose this service is applicable on my number and i raised complaint many time like
sr1-3660440631(dated02/02/2011) and resolved time
03/02/2011 but not solved till 7day and after that cse told me that the complaint was wrong raised because the previous cse didnot mention recharge date and time and before that i had also raised one more complaint which resolution was that,
i had not made any call on aircel number but i called many times on my relative aircel relative number it means the backed department resolution was also wrong and after failing my 2nd complaint the cse raised my another third complaint which was raised
on 08/02/2011 and sr 1-3686511138 and solved date
08/02/2011 but not resolved after completed resolution time and i called customer care
11/02/2011 and the resolution was "you are not applicable for aircel free calling service" and lastly i talked to their seniour
Nancy and after then call was tranfred to Alok which was
Team leader but i m not satisfied from them, because they told sorry this would not be happened again and we are sorry for inconvenience .

I want to know that who is Responsible for all what happend to me and told me wrong information and dalayed me from
22/01/2011 and I m very disappointed from your aircel service ..

Was it my mistake that i convert my number into Aircel and connected with aircel was a wrong decision..

All service providers should be asked to send periodically letters to even prepaid customers; informing about their connections. This will help in highlighting cases wherein fake IDs are used to get prepaid connections.
I have come across such instance wherein I received a postpaid bill from Reliance where adress was of mine but connection was on some others name. I have informed Reliance Webworld about the same.Since this was a postpaid connection I came to know about this.
Imagine state of affairs in prepaid connections.
I will already sent a feedback on TRAI site. If readers agree then they should also sent feedbacks to TRAI to make this happen.

Recently I am watching some fraud activity from BSNL. Without any sms they have started a service on my mobile no-9433639731 from 09.04.2012. Since then at least Rs 5/- has been deduct every day. When I realized I did a docket (CD1437732 dated 14.04.2012) on BSNL customer care for stopping this service as early as possible. No action been taken till today after 4 or 5 time knock. The executives are Kishore Ghosh, Shampa Patra, Prosenjit Biswas,Sudip Biswas. All of this says that the complain we forward with urgent tag and one of this says complains are solve but it take some time but no time limit has been given. At last I meet the manager of local exchange on 19.04.2012 but he was also fail to solve this problem and give me land line no 03322346362 and login another complain no D15CD1437732, and assure me that this person will solve out your problem. After call on above land line on 19.04.2012 they give me another land line no 03322251200 (Kanti Ranjan Das). This person assure me that the service will stop as early as possible. But still today the service is running and at least Rs 60/- has been deducted for sms and Rs 20/- for calling purpose. I call him for 2nd time on 20.04.2012 he said problem will solve within one hour and RS 10/- will refund. After 2 hour I again call him, he cut my call and login another complain against my connection D20CD31447109.

I think that this kind of irresponsible person do not have any right and capacity to hold this kind of post. This all persons are highly responsible for BSNL customer harassment. Either they do nothing hole day or do not know how to do a work. Otherwise is it possible that one complain has not been solve for last 10 days after 10 phone calls and 3 docket?

If I can express my headache for last 10 days to you, plz take any action against my complain. We are people from middle class so we do not have so much money and such time.

This is SANJAY GUPTA, a Vodafone customer (9210022477), Delhi, since September 2011, I was port my number in vodafone UPC#TD759153 valid upto 5-10-2011 UPC generate date 20.9.2011 and upc mail to [email protected] after mail within 4-5 days my mobile number 9210022477 port in Vodafone after 6-7 month I want to go with other operator because I am not satisfy with Vodafone service and I want to port out from Vodafone on 20th April, 2012 I request to portout unique port code is VD425799 valid till 07-05-2012 I want port my number in aircel but Vodafone reject my porting request reason is due to the number or range have been connected for less than 90 days but I connect in Vodafone approx 180 days.
From other consumer complaints seems that Vodafone is using same trick to reject MNP request for postpaid and prepaid connections.
Kindly let me know why my request was rejected
If MNP is rejected by Vodafone what will be further course of action.

I was really fed up with the process of MNP. Its not the only story with Vodafone but all the operators are playing the same game. None of them are releasing their consumers to take the benefits of MNP.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I want to inform you that I got a serios "Porting" problem due to my service provider AIRTEL. At first I was using Vodaphone connection. Just last year I changed it to Airtel by PORT facility. There was no problem with the changing process.
But last year after 4 months, when I again wanted to change it from Airtel to Vodaphone, due to some unknown reason I failed to do that. I had generated the new UPC & submitted it to the Vodaphone store. After one month, they informed me Airtel did not provide my database to them & that is why they were unable to do the same. However I thought I was due to some mistake of myself or may be fault of their (Vodaphone) own process.
This year I again generated a new UPC (AK334759) ON 3.05.12. I applied to change my line to IDEA. Again after 15 days, they informed me that Airtel did not provided the database. So they are unable to do the same. According to their request, I have generated a new UPC (AK369552) on 27.05.12 and submitted it to them (IDEA store). Till today my line has not been changed.
Sir, when I got confirmation call from Airtel, I asked them nicely that I do not have problem with Airtel networks, but I want to have a change for my own reason. I requested them to kindly release my database. But they have not done yet. Every day I am thinking that I would get this change, so that I am recharging my cell by only 10 or 20 rupees. It costs me very badly.
Sir, I really need your help. One of my friend had sent you e-mail from another mail ID. But I did not receive any kind of answer from your end. This is my personal e-mail ID. I also want to state you that, I have already told the Airtel spoke peroson, that I had an complain against them to TRAY. Actually I think, intentionally they are doing so.
Sir, hence, now I am determind to change the line from Airtel by any how. If any kind of fee or, fine they (Airtel) want, then also I am ready to deposite. But I have to change.
I am really waiting for your kind help.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i'm facing a problem with my service provider bsnl gsm . My number is 9466297889 (Bsnl Haryana) Distt.Palwal State. Haryana

some services has been activated on my mobile without my permission. charges has been deducted regularly .then i called bsnl customer care then they told me about these unlike services i said i did not activated these services then i told him kindly deactivate these services quickly .but no result charges was deducted . then i again called even i called bsnl customer care last ten day on daily basis.but i have not received any satisfactory response .now i'm literally frustrate and writing to you of my complaint .

kindly take some strict action and arrange to refund my wrong deducted charges.

I will be very thankful to you for this ...

My vodafone mobile number is 9988881814 of Punjab Circle.
The complaint is that i have not received my bill on my billing address from last 3 Months.
when i call on customer care and nodal office and when i mail to appeliate every time they say that you will receive your bill with in 7 working days.

2)not connected customercare no. from my contact no. too regarding problem

I have registered the complain for by Blackberry Service on 19th Feb with Ref No 1211544711511.
As per their information they have replaced my sim on 23rd Feb.

from that day I am unable to use the blackberry service on my device to till now.

After so many complains they are telling that wait for 2 hours. but resolution is not coming from the end of vodafone.

Pls help for that.

sir this is tanweer alam i am facing a problem from tata docomo to port out my mobile no is 9234456316 last time request for port out my no. but company tata docomo (cdma) not port out i ask resion but they cant tell proper reply my oustandin bill clear even i paid extra payment to company now i apply again for mnp port in to airtel 30/03/2013 last date of upc 8/4/2013
