2 YEARS SEVICE CONTRACT OF RS.1750/ DATED 10.03.11
SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIRE FROM SATARA DEALER 5 YEARS AGO AS SELLING AGENT WAS FORCING AND AFTER GIVING HIS LONG LIFE SERVICE,WRITTEN AGREEMENT ON RECEIPT. BUT AFTERWORDS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER SERVICE EVEN AFTER PAYING HIGH SERVICE CHARGES. IN 10TH MARCH 2011 I HAVE PAID RS.1750/-FOR TWO YEARS SERVICE CONTRACT.BUT SINCE 4 MONTH MY WATER
PURIFIER IS NOT WORKING.AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS ON PHONE
THEY ACTED ONL;Y AS REPAIRED BUT NEXT DAY THERE IS
PROBLEM. IN LAST TWO MONTH THEY HAVE CHANGED OFFICE
PREMISES WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND GIVING ANY INFORMATION OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND TELEPHONR NO.
CALL CENTRE NOT ATTENDING CALL. SO LAST 2 MONTH MY MRS. FAILS TO COTRACT AS I WAS OUT OF STATION BECAUSE
OF OLD WRONG NO.
10 DAYS BEFORE I GOT NEW TELEPHONE NO FROM ELSEWHWERTE AND CONTRACT THEM BUT STILL MY WATER
PURIFIRE IS NOT WORKING.CARBON REQURES TO BE CHANGE
AS ON 10.09.11 WITHOUT REQUEST BUT NOT CHANGED AS THERE IS NO STOCK OF CORBAN IN SERVICE STATION OF EURECA FORBES AT SATARA.
I HAVE ALSO CALL TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES BUT IN FOUR
MONTH MY PURIFIER IS STILL NOT WORKING. ACCORDING TO
2 YEARS SERVICE CONTRACT THEY MUST GIVE QUALITY SERVICE AND TIMELY REPAIR.
NOW I COME TO FACT THAT EURCA FORBES IS A BOGUS CO
LOOTIN THEIR CUSTOMER BY ADVERTISEMENT ONLY. THEY
MUST BE PUNISHED BY PUBLIC BY BAN ON THEIR PRODUCT.
