AQUA SURE WATER PURIFIER
WE HAVE PURCHASED THE AQUA SURE FROM PAI ELECTRONICS@BG ROAD BANGALORE. THE SERVICE FROM AQUA SURE IS PATHETIC. WE HAVE BEEN FACING THIS EVERY TIME ON SERVICE CALL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THE SERVICE ENGINEER DOES NOT ANSWER THE CALL. THE EXECUTIVE COMES HOME ONLY AFTER 7DAYS OF CALL. IF WE COMPLAINT TO GM HE ASKS HIS SECRETARY TO RECEIVE THE CALL. I SERIOUSLY WANT TO KNOW HOW DO THESE PEOPLE GET JOB WHEN THEY ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK. WHY EUREKA FORBES ADVERTISE WITHIN 48HOURS EXECUTIVE WILL BE AT HOME? WHEN THEY CANNOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD THEY SHUD SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY.
LAST TIME THE SERVICE EXECUTIVE TOOK THE PARTY FOR REPAIR & WE GOT BACK AFTER 15 DAYS. WE HAD TO CALL EVERYDAY FOR THIS. SINCE THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN HAD BEEN TO HIS NATIVE. WHAT IS HAPPENING? I AM WAITING ANYBODY FROM EUREKA FORBES CALLS ME, THEY WILL HAVE IT FROM ME. NOW THEY HAVE ASKED US TO PAY Rs1200 FOR SERVICE CONTRACT OF THE MACHINE. WHAT IS THE GUARNTEE THEY WILL PROVIDE GUD SERVICE AFTER PAYMENT

IF you any humanity try to call me & Convince for what has happened. I dont expect you to write this reply. you provide cheap service after warranty period. Next time I shall make it a point that nobody buys any product from you. The Service Team in Bangalore is not fit for anything. You are spoiling you brand by this kind of people.
