IMPROPER CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
Dear Sir,
I am having a ROYAL Model Aquaguard Water Purifier installed at home delivered by EUREKA FORBES Ltd, Hindustan Park, Asansol Branch for quite a few years. I am entering into time to time service contracts with them and the present service contract is for two years which is likely to expire in November, 2010.
As the water was coming late through it after 15/20 minutes bipping sound, during last week I requested them to come and take necessary remedial action urgently. However, their service representative came to attend to this work after 2/3 days only on last Saturday i.e. on 25th September, 2010 and after 5-6 minutes he left the place saying that he would be coming back within five minutes. It was during afternoon at about 1.30 or 1.45 p.m.
I was utterly surprised at this. The service representative, who was deputed by them even did not give me a courtesy call after that to let us know as to why he could not come to attend to this work since then. As I did not have his phone number, I tried to contact their office phone no. but the office was closed and I was not able to contact them on 25.09.2010 and 26.10.2010 as those days were Saturday and Sunday.
Since then he did not turn up to take up the work and I had to complain with their higher authorities at his Mobile No. 9830946996 from my office at about 9:45 A.M. on 27th September, 2010. I was assured that they would send service representative to attend to this work within five minutes.
I would request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and help me to take necessary appropriate step in this regard so that such types of incidences do not recur with the customers in future.
