Agents receive huge amount of commission when they apply so it is their responsibility to refund if LSBF does not refund. I have filed a complaint againt the agent in consumer court and also police complaint so the the agent can refund the amount. After police complaint the agent refunded 2000 pounds but not complete amount. These agents are big frauds and do not have any knowledge of visas and admission procedure and loot money of innocent students. I beleive not LSBF but agent should refund full amount and must be thrown behind bars for such activities. These agents are polite crooks who are misguiding the young people and their parents. Few Candidates who got selected for counseling were not allowed even to talk by the councilors requesting to consider for selection as they were awaiting supplementary results. It is most unfortunate that the councilors did not treat the parents & candidates well at the counseling center. They should have been given a chance for hearing instead of throwing them out of the center. Action should be taken against the councilor for insulting parents & candidates in front of the public. Now request the NIFT Board to look into the following:- (1) Why there was change in the selection procedure which allowed candidates with rank above 1000 getting got courses in good centers. This has deprived top rankers in getting good courses and in good centers. (2) When candidates who were selected for counseling with good ranks but were awaiting supplementary results were not given chance .No candidate should be denied admission to the college or any of its programs This definitely show that selection procedure was very poor and shaddy. A few, who have cleared the IIT-JEE, claimed to have failed in the board examination. Some got good marks in physics and chemistry but scored less than 15 in mathematics. The protesting students demanded that the CBSE officials produce the answer papers to assuage their fear that they had been awarded average marks in a hurry to publish the results. Rishabh Raj, a student, said: “I have cleared the IIT-JEE but failed in mathematics, physics and chemistry in the board exam.Is this possible?” Another student said: “I have got more than 60 in all the subjects except mathematics. I have been given only 13 in it. My friends who have scored more than 80 in other subjects, have also got low marks.” Unable to control her emotions, she started weeping. A parent said: “It can be understood as this was the first time the CBSE regional office has published the results. But that does not mean they will create such problems and play with the future of the students.
