                 <description>Hi,   I am having the Kenstar's Microwave oven since 2010.  From starting we have problems in that product I complain through 02239404040 to your call Center I have enter 3 complaint continue last 4 days and complaint no is as fallows !. THA 0905120394 dated 09.05.12 2. THA 01005120755 dated 10.05.12 3. THA 01205120644 dated 12.05.12 And we have received one massage from you Mr. Dilip khoslay (mob.9167673358) will contact you but we didn’t received call ( only one call for appointment) After sum time I received massage your call been closed after all my complaint without any contact and visit our place  When I talk Mr. Dilip Khoslay he say I m on leave and don’t wants to talk This is very surprising with out visit my place how u will closed my complaint and you treated with my all three complaints  I am very sorry to say your service record with me is very bad from the starting after so many complaint and fight with call center person my product service by you and I have paid approx INR 2000 till I purchase your product despite of I have warranty.                  <title>Leakage of gas every season</title>

                 <description>I purchased Fedder Llyod, split AC, 1.6 ton, model no. FLS20AAA from Dehradun in 2009. After using it for one season (summer of 2009)the gas was finished when it was being used in the second season (summer of 2010). So got it filled from authorised service centre. Worked that season and next season the same story of gas finishing (summer of 2011). It seems that it is a manufacturing defect with these AC's as can be seen from other reviews/complaints of this model. Feeling sorry for myself for having purchased this AC. No regrets.  Morale of the story : Never ever buy a Fedder Lloyd AC.</description>

Please also note that they didn't even issued us any receipt/work order for the same. I sent mails to the customer care seeking written reply but they are not responding to my complaints.It seems that the company(future group) is done with their liabilities by just refunding the billed amount.This entire deal has caused a lot of harassment to me and my family. Navras GV of Rs 2200 was not delivered alongwith the bill no T11/16093 dated 04/05/11 for some unknown excuses and later on denied showing the ground that our bill amount will be reduced due to non-supply of goods and will not qualify for Navras GV. It creates suspicion in our mind that Navras GV was kept pending intentionally and fate of supply of goods was well known to your representatives on the day of billing itself. Inspite of this, your company has blocked our money for the reasons best known to your policy makers. When the matter was under discussion with your concerned store manager regarding our loss and harassment for non-supply of goods, some of your subordinate in that store commented in a humiliating manner that they have already obliged and compensated us by way of gift vouchers issued alongwith bills.  We are surprised whether these kinds of schemes in the form of gifts to lure the customers are framed by you to humiliate the customers and later harass them by breaking the basic terms and conditions of the sale. We are also unable to understand that your organisational culture have no values for customer's money, time and sentiments as if your organisation have purchased the customer by giving some gift vouchers at the time of billing and got the authority to deal the customer in whatever way you like.  5. Our prime hot days of summer season had been passed without AC facilities inspite of paying for that well in advance and your organisation is least bothered about our sufferings. Due to blockage of money by you and uncertain fate of the deal, we are not even able to make alternative arrangements , which is causing immense physical harassment as well as mental agony to all my family members.  6. We were a regular customer of your supply chain like big bazaar, pantaloon etc but now we feel cheated , humiliated and harassed by your actions and behaviours. Consequently our commercial relations are at stake and this may further lead to suitable legal actions against your organisation for recovery of money alongwith compensation.  Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid any unpleasant situation.</description>

But no Service Engineer from Hitachi visited neither for installation nor for demo.    Further, I again contacted the dealer for free service detail, who assured that service engineer will call on you. It is regret to say that inspite of nth reminders, no one from Hitachi called me up for service.   Finally, on dated 6th May,2011, the above dealer given me Hitachi service centre telephone no. I was surprised with the response of your service centre that my sale is not registered in their service record and hence they cannot provide me free service. Till date, I have not availed any wet or dry service from Hitachi. Even no one from Hitachi come for Demo. Above matter shows nither dealer or company least bother for customer   </description>

When i said that first you complete your service after that i pay the money. One day received a call from the customer service that the service person would come on 13 March 2011.Post that date more than 100 calls have been made there is no reponse from the company.The water is tasting of Iron now.The purifier was bought for Rs.13000/-.The company is filled with cheaters.Tried reaching the so called toll free number they have given 1800-200-4040...finally somebody answered and was given a complaint number 21427 on 3 June 2011 stating that it would get resolved in 48 hours.Patiently waited for about 72 hours.Again called the toll free number..asked status about the comaplaint number,,claims the service person is on the way but yet to come........Again called 8th June 2011..now the lady who answers the call claims herself to be incharge- admin..and refuses to ansswer the complaint..Is there any solution for such fraudulent comapnies...I want the company to either provide service on time of take back their system and refund the money back.</description>

The cooling coil of indoor unit was leaked but i came to know about it only last month since it was not used much in last year. I registered the complaint with LG service center. They came, found the leaking coooling coil and took the indoor unit for replacing the coil( since it is still under one year WARRANTY PERIOD). Now, it's already one month and every time i call them they make an excuse and ask for more time to make repair. This is very frustrating. Even one of them asked me to get it repaired in outer market.                  <description>I had bought a Samsung Microwave about 6 yrs back.Duiring the 1st 5 yrs when the microwave was in warranty there was no problem but after that problem started.One day the food was not getting heated up.I called Samsung.The technician came and said the heating element is gone and it might have happened due to putting a steel utensil inside.I took it as my fault and ended up spending Rs1600 for repairting it.  After that I was very careful in using the Microwave,but last night again it stopped working.Again the heating element.Again another Rs1600.I was just thinking if every 10 months I have to spend Rs 1600 on a microwave whats the use of buying a brand like Samsung.It is better to buy a local brand microwave for Rs2000.  I think Samsung should work on its spare parts so that they last more than 10 months.Atleast I would never recommend anybody a Samsung Microwave.</description>
